When the previous owner Judy Was managing this place the…read moreservice was excellent!! Under new ownership the service is the worst! I came in for a massage and this lady tried to give me a massage and she Gad no clue what a medium hard massage was!! They charge ahead and I refused her to finish the one hour and didn't even offer for a refund, will never go back one star is to much for this place.

OK, so I got a deep tissue massage and feet. I called on the phone and she told me $50 for one hour…read morewhen I get , It was $60; on my credit card receipt it was $62. It was a good massage and I like the hot coals, but she didn't apply a lot of pressure for it to be a deep tissue. anyway no complaints there at all so at the end I went to give her a tip and I gave her six dollars tip, I was thinking 10% and I had eight dollars cash on me. A friend came to visit her as I was paying. She her friend and fussing at me, She told me "no", she didn't speak English the entire time, when I asked her simple questions. But she said very clearLu as she dismissed my money on the counte; "no $10 minimum tip." I had eight dollars and I told her that's all I have, then she rolled her eyes at m. She lost me as a customer because if I had more cash, I would've gave her more. but the extra two dollars that she charged me the extra $10 she charged me and the eight dollars I gave her she was able to have more than her $10 minimum. She lost me as a customer.

Actually Thai massage therapists who genuinely feel like what a traditional Thai massage would be like (never been to Thailand ). 3. Reasonably priced 4. Offered me water and hot tea afterwards 5. Learned how to say TY in Thai "Kop Khun" 6. Miraculous skills, just amazing. Words cannot describe how amazing I feel afterwards. Done wasting my time and money at other spots TBH. I found my go to spot after a long 12 hr shift.

My name is Vanessa Gutierrez, and I have been a patron of Thai Traditions Massage for at least 5…read moreyears. I have always enjoyed my experiences there, regardless of my massage therapist. I have visited both alone and with my husband on numerous occasions, and we have always returned. The staff has consistently been kind and professional, and I have always appreciated the quality of service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 10:45 AM was not a positive experience. I called at 10:00 AM to schedule a 90-minute couples deep tissue massage with hot stones for my husband and me, as he was treating me for my birthday. I specifically requested a shared room so we could enjoy the experience together, as we have in the past without any issues. I was told by the receptionist that they had availability and that we were welcome to arrive within the hour. We arrived at approximately 10:45 AM. While my husband's massage went very well, I did not receive the deep tissue massage we paid for. About 30 minutes into my 90-minute session, I noticed there was no firm pressure being applied. The therapist primarily used very light lotion strokes and circular motions on my back and lower back. The pressure felt like applying lotion to the skin. While the sensation was not unpleasant, it did not reflect what I specifically booked and paid for as a deep tissue massage. At one point, tiger balm was offered, which I declined; however, the pressure consistent with a deep tissue massage never began. Aside from briefly standing on my back at the beginning of the session, the treatment remained extremely light throughout. At around the 30-minute mark, I asked if I could end the session early because I was extremely unhappy with the service. I was told by my husband's therapist that I would need to continue until the session reached one hour in order to be charged appropriately. I agreed because I felt I had no other option in the moment, and I also requested that the hot stones be removed from the charge since I was no longer willing to continue the full service as originally booked. I completed the 60-minute session, but I did so unwillingly and left extremely disappointed and emotionally upset, as this was a birthday gift experience that did not meet expectations and genuinely left me hurt. The business did offer a complimentary massage once they realized how unhappy I was, which I appreciated; however, I declined, as the purpose of my visit was to share the experience with my husband, and that opportunity had already been lost. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. My intention is not to be harsh, but to clearly communicate the impact of this experience so it can be addressed appropriately in the future, especially when clients explicitly communicate that the service is not what was requested or expected.
