I was very disappointed with my experience. Throughout my massage, the therapist spent a large portion of the session on her phone instead of focusing on the massage. At one point, audio from what sounded like TikTok or another social media app started playing from her phone, making it obvious she was scrolling during my appointment. The massage itself felt rushed and incomplete because her attention was divided the entire time. A massage should be relaxing and professional, but this experience was anything but. To make matters worse, when the session ended, I chose not to leave a tip because I did not feel I received the service I paid for. As I was leaving, the therapist watched me from the doorway and asked why I hadn't tipped. That interaction made an already disappointing experience even more uncomfortable. Tips should reflect the quality of service, and I don't think it's appropriate to question a customer about not leaving one. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

My friend from GA emailed me a gift certificate for a Massage near where I work which happened to be Massage Eden. When I arrived I showed the email with the payment of $85 and let the young lady know that I wanted a soft massage as I have bone issues. She led me to a room and let me know to undress and lay face down under the cover. About 10 minutes later, a man entered the room and asked me about the certificate and asked how I received it. I sat up, covering myself and had an awkward conversation about this and explained this should have been discussed with him before I was led to a room. I attempted to call my friend who answered but she explained she could not talk as she was at work. I showed him the form of payment and her full name on the email as this was a Birthday Gift. About 15 minutes later, after he called someone, they looked up the transaction and knew it was legitimate. It was not a comfortable experience at all. I do not recommend this place. read more

I had 2 months of classpass points that were about to expire and decided to book massages here for me and my husband. I was able to use my classpass points to set 2 appointments which was super convenient. Who knew you could do that with spa appointments and classpass?! Super cool! Big lesson learned though- the Thai massage involved someone standing on you so unless you're ready for that, it will be quite the experience. You guys, these are not the Thai massages I've experienced in Thailand. It was too late for us to change by the time I realized my error. My husband got the Thai massage and I got the lymphatic drainage massage. It was actually quite painful but that might just be how those types of massages are since I haven't had a lymphatic drainage massage before. Surprisingly, my Oura ring thought I took a nap during my time while my husband's Oura ring thought he was doing an intense HIIT workout. Haha There was a language gap so when we asked for different pressures, they didn't quite understand us. I felt bad. My suggestion for them is to get the massage therapists acquainted with basics of "more" or "less" or "lighter" because they would say "okay?" but didn't understand our responses and at one point, I regretted setting these up. I do realize with the cheaper cost of this massage, you tend to get what you pay for but they were very nice people even though we couldn't understand each other. I've been coming to Massage Eden for about 5 months now and Maria is amazing. I usually book the back, neck, and shoulder massage because I tend to hold a lot of tension there. After a few consistent sessions with her and following her recommendations, I've noticed a big difference. I don't wake up with the same tightness and soreness anymore. What I really appreciate is that Maria remembers what we worked on before and adjusts the treatment depending on what my body needs that day. It never feels like a cookie-cutter massage and you can tell she really cares about helping you feel better long term. This time I decided to try the Crown Package because my hair needed a really good wash and my cycle had just ended, so it felt like the perfect reset. I forgot to get the lady's names but both of them were very good. I fell asleep during my massage. They offer a variety of things including the trendy scalp massage and foot detox. Went there and paid for an 80min massage plus a 30min head massage. I got 45 min of a head and weak arm massage. After talking to the front desk and the owner who challenged me on my time ( the owner came at 4:30, I had been waiting ever since after talking to front desk). He said at 4:30 I would have been done and that was the current time so I had did my time. I got a 20min massage gift certificate as a refund. Which I won't be back so I just lost my money. I went in for a massage and while the masseuse did a good job, the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable. It seemed like the employees were under a lot of pressure to upsell, as I was asked multiple times if I wanted to add services. During my session, the masseuse misunderstood and thought I agreed, which led to the manager coming in. When I clarified that I didn't want the add-on, he became upset and actually yelled at the masseuse in another language. Even though I couldn't understand the words, his tone was very harsh and made the environment tense. At one point, I could even hear yelling outside the room, which was very distracting and unsettling. Unfortunately, instead of being able to fully relax, I felt stressed and just wanted the session to be over. While the masseuse was skilled, the atmosphere and the way the manager treated the staff made the experience uncomfortable. After seeing the owner respond to this review, there was no way for me to respond back, which is why I am editing my response to answer the questions they had regarding my visit. The room I was in once the young lady that came into do my massage and what not was disorganized as if she was just tossed in to take care of me. She was unprepared. If I could leave zero stars, I would. It's hard to imagine anyone having a genuinely positive visit here unless they have a personal connection to the business. What we encountered was a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for client privacy.   We scheduled appointments for three individuals, all of whom specifically requested female massage therapists. Upon arrival, two people were unexpectedly placed in a shared treatment room. When this was questioned, staff simply said no other rooms were available. During one of the sessions in that shared space, a male staff member entered the room multiple times--including a moment when one of us was completely unclothed and exposed. It was deeply unsettling and absolutely unacceptable and borderline criminal.   In addition to these serious privacy violations, the massages themselves were extremely disappointing. We had booked 60-minute full-body Swedish massages with an additional 30-minute head treatment. Not only were the massages rough and uncomfortable, despite repeatedly requesting light pressure, but we also did not receive the full duration of the services we paid for. The total time spent in the facility was less than 90 minutes, which means the services could not have lasted as advertised. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was unprofessional, with staff members audibly arguing nearby and chatting during treatments in the shared room. The entire experience was anything but relaxing.   I would strongly advise anyone considering this spa to take their business elsewhere. There are FAR better, safer, and more respectful options out there.   On a side note, if you're still thinking about giving this place a try despite how awful it is, and you're considering booking through Groupon, don't waste your time. The prices listed there are misleading--it's actually cheaper to book directly through the facility. read more

I made a reservation for three people to receive massages, and each of us explicitly requested female massage therapists--a detail that becomes especially relevant later. Upon arrival, two members of our group were placed in a couple's room without any prior consultation. When we expressed concern, we were told there was no alternative available. Having driven nearly an hour to get there, they reluctantly agreed to proceed and share the room. I've never encountered a spa that simply assumes the nature of a group and assigns shared space without confirmation. This presumptive and careless arrangement immediately raised red flags about the professionalism and attention to detail at this establishment. Our appointments were scheduled for 5:00 PM. However, I received a call at 4:45 PM--just 15 minutes before our scheduled time--informing me that they were running behind and requesting that we arrive 15-20 minutes later. Given that we were already en route, this last-minute notice was neither helpful nor convenient. The most serious issue occurred during my niece's massage: a man entered the treatment room on at least two separate occasions, one of which occurred while she was upright and completely unclothed. There may have been a third occurrence as well. This was a shared room, meaning two female clients were subjected to this invasion of privacy. The presence of an unauthorized male staff member in the treatment room during an active session is entirely unacceptable and may rise to the level of criminal misconduct. It is beyond inappropriate for anyone--especially a male employee--to enter a room where clients are undressed and vulnerable, without explicit prior consent. The spa's failure to ensure a safe and private environment for its guests is both deeply troubling and wholly unprofessional. A similar incident happened during my own massage. Someone entered the room while I was receiving treatment. I could not see who it was, but regardless of gender, the intrusion was highly inappropriate. In all my years of receiving massages, I have never experienced such a breach of client privacy. It shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Beyond these serious violations, the massages themselves were extremely unsatisfactory. We had booked 60-minute Soothing Swedish massages with an additional 30-minute head massage add-on--a package clearly described on the spa's website as gentle and relaxing. I emphasized multiple times that I wanted a light, relaxing massage. Instead, the treatment was harsh, uncomfortable, and ignored all my requests. I left in worse physical condition than when I arrived, and over a week later, I am still experiencing discomfort from the session. To make matters worse, the environment was far from tranquil. There was constant loud banging throughout our treatments, and at one point, I could clearly hear staff members arguing loudly just outside the room. This is not the ambiance one expects or pays for at a professional spa. The two people who were placed in the shared room had to endure the two employees chatting with each other throughout the entire treatment. A massage is not the time for a casual gab session--their focus should have been entirely on their clients. This level of unprofessionalism only further diminished an already subpar experience. I have text messages from my niece, sent at 6:45 PM that same evening, describing what had happened during her massage. Unfortunately, I didn't see the messages until after we had already left the facility. While I was inside checking out, the girls had gone out to the car, so I was unaware of what had occurred until I reviewed her texts later. Adding to the frustration, it's now clear that none of us received the full treatment I paid for. Based on the timestamps from my niece's messages--which she sent while sitting in the car during checkout--it's evident that we were not even at the facility for the full 90 minutes. We were shorted on time, on quality, and on basic care. This makes an already disappointing experience all the more unacceptable. In total, I spent over $400 on these services--including gratuity, which I paid on behalf of the group under the mistaken belief that we had received a standard level of care. What was intended to be a thoughtful and relaxing gift turned into a deeply upsetting and regrettable experience for all of us. I strongly caution anyone considering this spa. The lack of professionalism, disregard for client boundaries, and failure to deliver even the most basic elements of the services advertised make this establishment entirely unworthy of your time or money. read more

I went to Massage Eden to get one of those relaxing head massages and washes. The advertisement shows someone relaxing with water shooting through their hair while your scalp is being massaged. That is not at all what my friend and I experienced. Instead, think about what it would feel like if you were being mauled by a tiger. The women clawed her hands into our scalps, ripped our hair with the brush, climbed on top of the table and attempted to massage our legs (more like a leg attack), and then clawed at our scalp again.
