Now, the actual process, the first time I went my sister bought me a 3 series because I was having a lot of digestive issues, not going to the bathroom for 3-4 days at a time, waking up in the middle of the night in pain if I ate too much cheese or dairy, ( I'm not lactose free) and the worst was if i tried to take laxatives or anything to help me go to the bathroom, i would just bloat event more. I even ended up in the ER once for taking a laxative. This was the first time I took the plunge and went for colon hydrotherapy. I have thought about it…read morefor years and felt it would be a great complement to my detox I do twice a year. But I was spooked because I didn't know how it worked, how it felt, if I'd be embarrassed, all that stuff. Anna is great! Anna had a huge warm smile for me when I got to the office. Actually before that we texted a couple times and she answered some questions so I felt good going in. Anyways, I filled in paperwork which was good then went back and got changed. Anna is way cool! Very professional and respectful. And at the same time fun and probably a blast to hang out with. She explained how it would all work and how I could see what was happening and getting cleaned. I liked that. She also gave me great advice on diet and how that affects the digestive tract. So I feel that I can now eat better, chew my food longer and keep my self in better shape between sessions. I was referred to Debi by a friend after struggling with severe hip tightness that was causing…read moreintense lower back pain. The pain was so debilitating that I couldn't even lift my laundry hamper. I was also experiencing sciatica, with pain shooting down my legs, and it had been going on for two weeks. Despite multiple visits to both a chiropractor and an acupuncturist, nothing seemed to alleviate the pain or make it even slightly more bearable.
