I'm not the kind of person that looks for a relaxing massage- what's relaxing to me is getting a massage that is therapeutic in nature. You know, the type of massage that makes you actually feel better even the next day. I'm someone with a lot of back/neck problems that greatly benefits from a serious massage. If you're like me and you are looking for a massage therapist who isn't afraid of pressure and who will help you push through discomfort so you can come out on the other side feeling much, much better- look no further than Nita! She releases tension, pain and knots in areas where I had never had other therapists even try before. For example, Nita found some pretty intense tightness and knots in my rhomboids, she explained that it was important to spend some time working in that area as the rhomboids are responsible for all these other ligaments and muscles and can lead to frozen shoulder syndrome if they are too tight for too long. Nits is well-worth the drive from Norman and for someone with her hours of schooling, level of professionalism and expertise, I'm surprised her prices are not much higher! Time with Nita is one of the best investments you can make in your health, yourself and your well-being.

The attendee, who had a very bad bed side manner, placed me at a chair that didn't massage for very short spurts at a time. NO ONE had on name tags and English was not very well understood in this shop. The manager stayed hidden through out the time period. I won't be going back to this shop any time soon.
