I was having lower back pain for over 9 months. A number of visits to chiropractor, doctors, specialists and an MRI had me convinced there was no other option but to go through pain management through spine injections and heavy pain killers. I did not want to go through painful injections and medications with side effects so I sought advice from my friends. One of my friends recommended the massage route. Having tried her services before, Jessica at Middle Path came highly recommended by several of my friends so I decided to give it a try. Based on an initial evaluation, starting from the first massage, I felt that Jessica knew exactly how much pressure to apply to which muscles and which muscles to leave alone. Now, I have had several massages at my chiropractor's office but this one felt different in it's precision that could only come from experience. In a day or so after the first massage, my back started to respond better so I scheduled few more. At the end of my third massage in over 1.5 weeks, I feel as if I never had any back issues. After spending hundreds on meditations, doctor visits and MRI, I am truly thankful to Jessica to help get me back on track quickly. I, who never believed in massages before, am a firm believer now. I have been going to Middle Path now every few weeks just to maintain my body and quite happy the way I feel. Thanks to Jessica for making a real difference.
