So after me getting a little frustrated at this point....I sighed and shook my head than She kept telling me "I give you more time, sorry". Needless to say, she didn't give me more time and when the customer called she hurried up and was fast & rough on the remainder 30min massage. So for the $140 1 hr couples massage, I was shorted time and not very happy. They need to get an answering service or a receptionist so it doesn't interfere with customers time that they paid for. A massage is supposed to be a nice relaxing time and this just hasn't been the case the last 3 times. We always tip good but this time they asked for tip...we told them no tip today and explained why and that since our massages got cut short with interruptions of them leaving the room they can use that as their tip. The lady told us don't call and make an appt here anymore. We didn't plan on it after giving them several chances

The massage therapist was nice but after she took me to the room to undress, she had me laying on the table for about 5-8 min waiting for her. It only takes me like 30sec to a minute to get undress, so I really didn't like that. When I was finished and tipped her (which was a nice tip $20) she didn't seem like she even wanted to be there working. Then when I got to my car I looked at the clock, it was 10:50, so I was kinda bummed. The massage all in all was very relaxing and she did very well with her hands, I don't remember her name, I wish she gave me a card with her name, I would book her again.
