Andrew did a deep tissue massage on my lower back and worked from head to toe. Best massage I have ever had. I walked out of there with no pain! I'm not the kind of person that looks for a relaxing massage- what's relaxing to me is getting a…read moremassage that is therapeutic in nature. You know, that "it hurts so good" type of massage that can leave you slightly bruised the next day. And I'm no masochist- just someone with a lot of back/neck problems that greatly benefits from this type of massage. If you're like me and you are looking for a massage therapist who isn't afraid of pressure and who will help you push through discomfort so you can come out on the other side feeling much, much better- look no further than Andrew Dewees. I'd had 2 massages with Andrew and have been exceptionally pleased both times. I've got another one scheduled in a few weeks. Andrew released tension, pain and knots in areas where I had never even been massaged before. For example, Andrew found some pretty intense tightness and knots in my rhomboids, and explained that it was important to spend some time working in that area as the rhomboids are responsible for all these other ligaments and muscles and can lead to frozen shoulder syndrome if they are too tight for too long. Andrew is well-worth the drive to Norman and for someone with his level of professionalism and expertise, I'm surprised his prices are not higher! Time with Andrew is one of the best investments you can make in yourself and your well-being.

I have been to numerous chiropractors since I was a teen. DeLong Family Chiropractic is by far the…read moremost impressive practice I've ever seen. I had some time constraints getting started and they worked with me on that. They took X-rays - I was truly surprised at how crooked my spine was. They set up a treatment plan just for me. The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. Ramsey will help you understand the pre-adjustment routine which I am most impressed with. She will "hold your hand" through the whole process. She's awesome. Then either Dr. DeLong or Dr. Ropp will work your adjustment. They prepared a personalize at-home exercise plan for me. They also have an app that includes exercise videos and so much more. I came in with lower back pain and sciatica. My treatment plan was implemented in 3 phases. I am at the end of phase three and I can honestly say MY PAIN IS GONE! I still do my at-home exercises and will for the rest of my life. I have come to learn how important your spine is for your overall health. Thank you DeLong Family Chiropractics!
