Logan was very responsive & let me know his availability. He also sent a text the day of to confirm. I arrived at our appointment time and entered at the main entrance through the door on the left hand side. I have not had a massage in years and was incredibly impressed with my experience, it exceeded my expectations. Logan is kind and professional and does a wonderful job working problem areas. I chose the 90 minute session and left feeling relief I have not felt in years. His studio is very clean and the lighting is nice and low. The music was relaxing and helped ease my muscles during the session. I can't wait for my next session, I will be booking regularly to reduce the pain in my back and shoulders. I highly recommend booking with All About Massage!

Well, after me having to reschedule my appointment three times due to health issues I finally got to have my massage today! First I want to say how accommodating Logan was with me every single time I had to reschedule! The business is located on the back side of a small business complex just FYI. It's a small, nothing fancy outdated decor place but it's sufficient! The massage was wonderful! When you arrive at Udander for your appointment now, you call them to let them know you've arrived. The staff wears masks the entire time. Once you're in, they take your temperature using a forehead scan thermometer and there is hand sanitizer for you to use. Once inside your treatment room, they have a clean paper towel down for you to place to place your mask. I assume if you're just having brows or lashes done you can leave that on if you like, but with a facial, a mask just isn't possible. You place all your belongings in a basket and are given a small wrap/robe. Gone are the big fluffy blankets, but that makes sense. The bed is warm, so I didn't miss it that much. I didn't go back into the steam/sauna or shower and locker room areas, so I can't comment on that. I needed some products, and the receptionist took everything down off the shelf so I did not touch anything. Gone are the testers, of course, so if you want to smell something, I'm not sure how that will work. I was buying things I have used for years so I did not miss the testers. Maybe you can test things in the treatment room as part of your treatment if you know what you need in advance and ask at the beginning of your appointment? I'm not really sure on that. When it was time to pay, they had my card on file, so all of that was contact free. Overall, there wasn't a single thing I think they could have done differently or better. I felt safe and it seemed like they were taking every single precaution to help keep their staff and customers safe. And, as an aside, my brows look amazing, thanks Yvonne!

do not get the membership with this company for the sauna they will charge your card an 18.00…read moregratuity without your permission in addition to your monthly membership and they will charge it each time you come during the month. this was not in the membership that we signed. on our last visit the girl offered my husband and i a free face mask and tea and the owner told us not to give it to us. these people are fake nice, phony, vindictive and is struggling for money to keep this place open. they were willing to lose a 6yr customer over gettig 2 18.00 gratuity off my card illegally. i removed my card to keep them from adding gratuity and they still charged the card i removed. which is illegal. i never signed anything in the membership agreeing to gratuity. i had no issues with them until i got a membership with them. they also intentionally didn't have the sauna running when we got there and made us lose time on our hour sauna because the owner was mad that we canceled our membership because of the illegal gratuity charge. god will handle these people and their business will go down because i'm a child of god and not the one to cross. the owner is vindictive once you get a membership the moment you cancel they will not give you good service and will try to charge your card additional charges. do not use them. we are black by the way so the owner could be racist as well. i will never come to this place again. thank god that we will be having our own steam room put on our property. in the meantime we will be going to a different spa.
