I went in for a regular pedicure and got a bunch of not so good service as part of the package. The shop was almost empty when I went in around 1:30PM Friday. The attendee, who had a very bad bed side manner, placed me at a chair that didn't massage for very short spurts at a time. NO ONE had on name tags and English was not very well understood in this shop. The manager stayed hidden through out the time period. I won't be going back to this shop any time soon. read more

I been to just about every nail place in Chichasha my time is very limited so that's way I go here. I usually go on a week day cause not many people are there. I can get in and out pretty easily. It's clean and small but that works for me. I give it a 4 cause they can speak American after all this is where they work it's just not nice!! it makes you feel uneasy. read more

Definitely wouldn't recommend. I went to get a set of acrylics removed and a fresh set put on. Firstly, instead of filing the old set off, they soaked them for maybe 10 minutes then pried them off with a nail tip. I was flinching the whole time, as it was painful. Throughout the process I was letting the nail tech know I didn't like the shape. After a few times, he tossed the file at me to file my own nails. Lastly, the gel paint job is bad. It was still wet as they tried to send me out. When I voiced that I wasn't happy with them, even after tying to fix the situation throughout the service, they told me to sit down so they could remove them. I said no because the original removal was painful. When I refused to remove them, the nail tech grabbed my hand and attempted to clip the nails off. I ended up paying half the price to be able to leave after and hour and 45 minutes of already being there. read more

OP Nails is a nice, clean little nail salon with friendly employees that offer all kinds of nail services at average pricing. I've had a spa pedicure here but most recently had gel nails with white tips (polish only). My daughter had acrylic nails applied and we were both satisfied. We were able to get right in but if they get busy, expect a bit of a wait because the place is small with a limited amount of employees. They had four people working on a Saturday afternoon. Overall, I've had good experiences here and will come back in the future. read more
