Even though I don't go all that often, they remember my name, and really try to have a personal connection with all their customers. The only downside is that you really need to schedule in advance. Since they only have a few employees, it's hard for them to fit you in at short notice. However, I absolutely love the fact that it is smaller, I really dislike how large and noisy other salons can be. I don't want to feel like I'm in a factory.
