The masseuse took her time and rubbed me down from head to toe (even my ears, lol) for a full 90 minutes (not a moment shy). I like that they use natural products and oils, which left my skin feeling soft and silky, not oily. I'm an artsy person so the decor and paintings really made me feel at home. I truly love this place. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

It looked pretty empty on this Sunday night on June 26th. From the outside you might not know how elegant the place is. Stepping through the security doors of this establishment, Stone Barrington would be impressed. I saw two women wearing Cheongsam Dresses. It is the second time today I have seen this style of dress. Maybe I need to get out more. Still, I like the look. The manager was kind enough to give me a business card before escorting me out the door when she realized I wasn't getting a massage today. A bit rude, but maybe they were getting ready to go home. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this. 30 Minutes $60 60 minutes $80 120 Minutes $160 I did not get the chance to ask about Table Shower or Body Scrub. Four hands massage sounds like a plan, but I will have to find this out later on. I will be back to write an update on my first massage here. Oh, on their business card. They PREFER you to make an appointment. Walkins give you a 30 percent chance of getting in. I would have give a higher rating on first impressions on this place, but being escorted out the door left a sour taste in my mouth. Like I said, they may have been getting ready to go home. I will try this place again.

The therapist was attentive to my problem spots and her fingers did the trick. I would easily come here again if I was in the area

The facility was clean and love supporting local buisness. The price was great and I really enjoyed chatting with Helen.. Dont forget to check for a Groupon deal.

Horrible! STAY AWAY! Do not waste your money on this place!…read more My boyfriend purchased a colon session for me as a gift. I made an appointment online and hours later the "receptionist" calls me to tell me that they didn't have the slot available. After a few minutes trying to figure out what would work best with my schedule, Dr. Knight asked for me to call her back. I call her back and i took one of the times she offered me . Oh yes, the receptionist was Dr. knight herself. About an hour later i get a txt on my cell from Dr. Knight to tell me that someone booked 3 colonic sessions online for the next 3 weeks at the times she offered me. Most unprofessional scheduling. I told my bf to get his money back and forget about this place! Well a week later the actual Receptionist calls me while I'm at work and left me a voice mail. I couldn't help but laugh at how horrible that voice mail was. I could barely understand the lady because of how loud the back round music was. She was very muffled. I thought it was some sort of joke. Well I finally decided to give them a try. I booked online and this time they actually confirmed my appointment. Not only they did call me to confirm my appointment time. They emailed me AND texted me. So here comes Saturday. It's 10:03am..:appointment time is 10am.... door is locked. We knock... nothing. We stand outside in the cold for about 10 minutes waiting to see if anyone would come out, Nothing! We finally decided to leave at 10:25am! NEVER AGAIN! We will be getting our money back!

The masseuse, Winter, arrived on time, was very professional, and gave a really wonderful, relaxing massage. Afterwards I felt completely "zen" and didn't have to deal with the logistics of getting back home, since I was already there! One minor improvement would be better responsiveness on the scheduling line - I did have to call three or so times to actually reach someone, but when I did I was able to schedule it within a few minutes, just a couple days ahead of my appointment. Overall, I think this is a great at-home option when you want a restorative massage without going too far out of your way (or time is limited). Spas where you can pass a leisurely few hours are their own level of indulgence, but this is an excellent choice for an on-the-go person in need of some quality R&R!

Nevertheless, the same woman that did my foot massage did 90 minutes on my body. I hope I took pictures of some of the changes in this facility. The massage was relaxing the therapist knew what she was doing to put my sore shoulder back at ease. The lady had strong hands and leg massage was outstanding. I don't remember the glutes massage, but I am sure it was good as well. I did notices the women therapist work in the office facility while the men work outside the open work area of the mall. I will be sure to come back here for another massage later on this year.

From the start, the massage therapist seemed reluctant to work with me, and I had trouble understanding what he was saying. Eventually, he motioned for me to sit, and I followed his lead. When he finished, I thanked him but chose to decline the back massage and proceeded to pay. I left a tip of less than 20%, and in response, he raised his voice at me in his own language. I simply thanked him again and left quietly. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I don't plan to return.

I found this spa via a Groupon to try it out as a possible new place for massages and related spa…read moreservices. Note: This business is housed in the same space as Karina's Beauty Spa in Suite #502. Upon check-in, the Grinch-green hair dyed receptionist (wearing a Karina's Beauty Spa badge) was on her cell phone. When I walked up to check in, she couldn't be bothered to put her phone down. She dryly asked if I was there for Comfort Spas. When I replied in the affirmative, she said someone would be with me shortly. The receptionist immediately went back to her phone. However, when a guest arrived for Karina's Beauty Spa, the receptionist immediately put her phone down and perked right up. Clearly, she has no interest in guests of Comfort Spas. Per the website, I arrived 15 minutes early. I sat in the waiting area the entire 15 minutes before the Comfort Spas masseuse greeted me, on her way in from a quick run to CVS. Just before getting started, the masseuse (named Jasmine) asked if I had any pain or other problem areas. While this question may seem like a good one to ask objectively, it let me know that Jasmine had clearly failed to review the required form that I spent 20 minutes completing via her online portal. Seriously , if you have a form as a requirement, then it should be the foundation for discussion with a new client... I purchased a 90-minute hot stone/deep tissue massage. Jasmine was a pleasant person, with generally good technique but she lacked the finesse and strength of more seasoned people who do massages. The room was relatively small and cold. Plus, unlike all past experiences I've had, Jasmine did not use heated oils/lotions. Instead, she used VERY COLD lotion which was anything but relaxing. Quite jarring with each touch. Additionally, she used disposable gloves, so the lotion never had a chance to be warmed in her hands. When Jasmine asked about the pressure, I let her know that I'd like it stronger. Yet, she was not able to sustain anything more than a very light massage. The hot stone portion (used exclusively at the neck and back area) was just ok. Stone use was really just an "honorable mention" since they were used less than 5 minutes out of the 90 minute massage. In my past experiences, the stones have been aligned along the spine and allowed to heat any trouble area(s). The Waiting area décor was aesthetically pleasing, and scented with a candle. The music and colors are calming and help to usher in relaxation. However, the loud ticking clock is not conducive to relaxation. Overall, if you're a person accustomed to stronger massages, you may want to look elsewhere. However, if you like a very light touch then this may be for you.
