Greeted by a woman who said no one is there to do my appointment. No one works on Saturday. I said I can show you the text messages from the person I had had a whole conversation with and made the appointment with. I had paid for a $25 deposit and everything and live 45 minutes away from the location at the mall which is the closest to me. She told me to call the person I had made the appointment with. So I did right there on speaker for her and they did not pick up. She then called someone else and said someone was coming in to do it. 45 minutes later (15 min after my appointment time) I go up and ask her how long and she said they are still trying to get ahold of someone. I said so we don't even know if someone is coming in? She said no they are trying to reach someone to see if they can come in. At that point I was livid and started fire calling the number I made the appointment with until they finally answered. They apologized and just said there has been confusion with that location schedule. They asked if I wanted my $25 refund or to reschedule and I said no way would I ever reschedule give me my money back. They said they processed it but I have to wait 5-10 days to see if that happens. I did inform them that if I do not get it back I will be filing a charge back!!! Save yourself the headache and stress!!!!!
