I said so we don't even know if someone is coming in? She said no they are trying to reach someone to see if they can come in. At that point I was livid and started fire calling the number I made the appointment with until they finally answered. They apologized and just said there has been confusion with that location schedule. They asked if I wanted my $25 refund or to reschedule and I said no way would I ever reschedule give me my money back. They said they processed it but I have to wait 5-10 days to see if that happens. After that, we transitioned to the lagoon room where we follow the suggested steps of the shower, then dry sauna, then cold shower, then steam sauna.. all of the different experiences were stimulating and unique activity for us! We thought that we could do the minute in the cold plunge, but the cold plunge one that day lol. The massage and back facial or also quality experiences which helped us relax and forget the stresses of the week. The spa has so many other services and addition to retail beauty products that you can purchase.
