Angela is a great massage therapist. Perfect pressure in the right spots. I wish it was easier to contact them though.

Convenient location, nothing fancy but super cozy, and no need for fancy when the massage is so great.

We always get general admission and the regular Korean scrub. It is recommended that you arrive at least an hour ir two before scrub time so you can shower and soak to soften that skin! After getting our towels we stored our items in lockers and got showering. They have a mugwort tea tub which is also used to rinse your skin. Be careful not to contaminate the tub with post-rinse tea. The wet area has multiple soaking tubs of various temperature, including one cold plunge. The steam room and dry sauna are also here. It is recommended to rinse off in between the tubs, steam, and sauna. The Korean ladies call your name once it's time to get scrubbing. There are 2 scrub rooms which are both communal and each lady gets her own table. Here is where the magic happens. As you are asked to flip on all 4 sides, they scrub all the dead skin off your entire body, including your nooks and crannies! They rinse you off periodically with warm water and also rub your neck and head. Once you are done you are free to use the heated rooms and salt room. It is not recommended to go back to the wet room post-scrub. I always like to lotion up once I'm squeaky clean and go to the salt room to lay on their heated floor. The heated rooms are dry heat with different themes and temperatures. There is a Korean restaurant on site which smells SO GOOD but we haven't had the timing to try it yet. They also have a tea room for extra charge.

I just had no desire to go until a few days ago when I booked a massage and got a day pass. I thought it would be a nice treat for myself. It was a wonderful amazing experience! All staff I met were friendly. Given a tour of the place when I checked in. Robe, towels, and cap also given at check in. My massage therapist was Alex. She is so tiny but got some real strong hands. This girl does NOT need a man to open a pickle jar. I went to the FIR rooms. I tried all 4 rooms, which have different temperature ranges. I then realized, I don't like hot rooms so I went to the cold room. The pool area which also have about 4 different pools with different temperatures ranges. I went for the cold pool, the temp says it was 60-65 degrees but I felt like it was a little colder than that. Overall, I fell in love with this place. I did not get to try their restaurant, but I will once I go back. They have water you can buy or you can bring in your own. Also, NO PHONES. Don't wait too long like I did, and give this place a try!

*****Formally known as Asami Day Spa**************…read more Nothing is better than to have your hair professionally colored, cut & styled! Even better? Get it with a discount. I had a Groupon for this salon that retailed over $200.00. It was for a specific type of dye process (very involved & multiple color), special conditioning treatment, cut & style. I didn't need such a "special" dye job done, so I opted for one color only and was offered eyebrow waxing to compensate. I must say I expected better service than what I received. Here is what went wrong: 1. My hair color turned out two shades darker than we discussed. 2. I'm not sure that the 1 minute conditioner left on my hair would be summarized as "special" or intense, or worth what valued on the Groupon. 3. When she waxed my eyebrows, she got wax too far down on my lid and bruised me AND took skin off. Now I have a lovely scab on my eyelid. 4. Later that night, I wiped a glob of super dark hair dye behind my ear...gross! Should have been rinsed off. Sloppy job. 5. Being the owner/stylist, she should introduce herself. At first, I thought she was a receptionist, never expected her to be the owner. The Groupon was very specific that it be redeemed only m-f and by a specific stylist (who turned out to be the owner?). I made my appointment which was 3 weeks out, as I had to take the day off and was so excited! The day of my appt. I received a call from the stylist 3 hours before the appt. apologizing that they were having water problems and would have to reschedule. So I just lost $100 of pay by having to take the day off for nothing. Rescheduled for two weeks out. Arrived early and was created by a young lady vacuuming. She asked who my appt. was with and sat me in a chair. Same young lady came out of the back and asked what I wanted done. The rest was mediocre service. She was very distracted by the owner of the property being there and apparently is dealing with multiple issues. Needless to say, you couldn't get me to go back there again. Besides the half attention stylist, there were too many thing mess ups. If this young lady can't get it together, she might end up being sued.

Hey Hello Hair! I…read moreabsolutely love this place. The ladies here are truly the best. I'm lucky to have Charla and Jessica taking care of my hair--my lifelong, deep red hair that I proudly say comes from my great-great-grandmother. It's that strong Indian red MC1R gene trait, and I don't take it lightly! I had hand and arm surgery in January 2026, and the girls even took care of my hair before my surgery. At that time, we were working through simple wash routines together because I couldn't wash my hair myself. They were so patient and helpful through all of it. By the time I needed my next move-up, I was ready to wash my own hair again, and they celebrated that progress with me. I truly love these ladies like I've known them for years. Everyone in the salon is so kind, fun, and genuinely caring--not just with me, but with every person who walks in. Going to my appointment at Hello Hair is something I always look forward to. I genuinely love being there.

At my most recent appointment, I specifically asked to focus on covering my grays, and she confirmed that we would make sure they were properly addressed. Unfortunately, the service did not fully resolve that concern. (And I paid over $300+) It was difficult to see in the salon lighting, but once I got home a few days later, I noticed quite a few grays still very visible. I reached out to let her know. Since I was in the process of moving, it wasn't feasible for me to come back in right away, but I was hoping we could discuss an alternative solution once I got settled or explore some form of help given I wouldn't have the time to come in right away. Instead, I was sent a link to purchase a gray touch-up stick from the salon. That response was disappointing and, in my opinion, not reflective of a professional resolution to a service concern. Clear consultation, and follow-through are essential in this industry, especially when it comes to gray coverage, which requires intention and attention to detail. If something cannot be fully achieved during an appointment, it should be communicated transparently with realistic expectations and options discussed in advance. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to refine consultation practices and client care. Growth comes from listening and improving, not from becoming defensive, rude, or passive-aggressive. I truly wish her the best and hope she uses this as a learning experience. (And others find this useful if you're looking for gray coverage as part of your service) And btw(after reading the owners response): this was NOT a gray blending service, it was always very clear that I wanted my grays fully covered each time I came in.
