Very relaxing massage -- the therapist focused on my problem areas and helped me feel better. The room was clean and cozy. The only small downside was that the session ended a little earlier than expected, but I still left feeling refreshed. read more

Very profesional and courteous but all I got was an oil rub.Place is very clean and staff very courteous.

To make people aware there is a cancellation fee of 40$ if you end up not showing up to an appointment or canceling, disappointed by this since I was not made aware of that. read more

First off Jennifer is a pro! She worked very hard to get me scheduled. She is professional and great and what she does and should be recognized by masage heights! She has a can do way of thinking along with ownership qualities! She exceptionally great at what she does. Thanks again Jennifer! You really are an asset to massage heights. Massage: I was very impressed with the skills of Darla my massage therapist. She is a five year veteran and has really honed her craft. She is what I would call an expert! I lived in this area for ten years and I'll be honest I've never noticed this location. So I am really glad marketing decided to send me a flyer. That's what brought me in. Darla gave me an amazing massage. The tables are very nice. The decoration of the rooms is very nice and relaxing. So is the lobby. Very impressed with this location. Great job massage heights! I will most definitely be back! read more

I had the best experience I'm usually afraid to have a male massage me but marquice made me feel beyond comfortable I will be back very soon

Scheduled deep tissue massages for my husband and I after being LONG overdue. I was happy that they were available and open considering everything else. The scheduling process was easy (they even had a Groupon), and the customer service was great also. My issue lies with the therapists. I completed the initial intake forms, was VERY specific about the areas I needed serviced as well as the TYPE of massage, but honestly it felt like they were literally just rubbing our skin. I even asked my therapist if he could apply more pressure. His response, "I will." That is not acceptable. "Will," is future tense - I'm asking you to do this now! I didn't want to wait til the tail end of my massage stating "I need more pressure." Needless to say he only applied extra pressure in "parts," not consistently all over. Also, neither of the therapists asked if we needed anything or how the experience was going until THE END. My husband and I were both disappointed and felt like it was a waist of time and money. The receptionist tried selling a membership, but I am not convinced to comeback and waste more time. read more

Happy Valentine's Day to me. I couldn't have started off my day any better than having a massage at the best place ever. This is my go to spot for having a massage. You will not be disappointed. No matter what therapist, my massage is always on point and beyond relaxing. Shout out to Luster today. He gave the most amazing massage. It was like having champagne and chocolates on steroids. This place is so professional and caters to your needs. They guarantee happiness if that is possible. I highly recommend massage Heights- Champions location, but I imagine the other locations are not bad either. If you are looking for true serenity, then go there. read more

The best go to place for massages! Best MH location! Wonderful staff, all therapists are on point (I tried pretty much everyone), and super clean! Always feel like home when I'm there! My husband and I love it here! read more

Couple's massages were GREAT! However billing sucked! Was given a quote of $179.99 for a couples 90 mins massage. However they billed me individually ( 2 separate charges on credit card) Very confusing! Very unnecessary! Having $65 in coupons. Dont understand why charge wasn't a one simple transaction. Will not return for that reason alone. A great massage is not hard to find! read more

Lawrence was a gentle giant. He had that magic touch and I felt amazing afterwards. Thanks for making it so comfortable for a first timer.

Second time here and Sofia worked on me for a 90 minute deep tissue treatment. Hands down, Sofia was wondering and I was absolutely pleased with her service. I came in with severe shoulder and arm pain from my running training and she addressed my areas of concern and was very thorough in her work. Sofia checked in on me several times about the pressure and I was simply delighted to have such an Amazing therapist take care of me. I do plan on returning to see Sofia and I highly recommend her. read more

While I enjoyed the masseuses available at this location, be careful when signing up for a membership. After fulfilling my yearly contract and paying on time, I made the request to have my account cancelled. To my surprise, I was still being charged for 5 months and had to forfeit $300. They would not refund my money and I was not able to take advantage of the services I had paid for unless I was willing to keep my account open. I've definitely learned to not lock myself into contracts at business like these anymore. read more

Absolutely love this location. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained.

DO NOT GET BO!! I had brain surgery and told him this and asked him to avoid the neck, head area. He didn't listen, his English is poor, he worked on my head and neck and kept asking if it felt good. I continued to tell him not that area. He didn't listen. This was my one and only time I've ever went to this particular one, it was a horrific experience. Avoid Bo at all costs. You will leave more tense, more in pain and worse than when you arrive!!! read more

Massage Heights offers great first-time discounts, which was what attracted me to them initially. I was looking for a place nearby that my MIL and I could get massages at after the Thanksgiving holiday. They were very accommodating over the phone and were able to fit us both in on Black Friday, at the same time. The facility is very nice and the massage room was very relaxing. Appropriate temperature, lighting and music. My therapist, Felicia, was very nice and thorough in asking me about my preferences. Our first-time massage was $49, and we added hot stones for an additional $20. They offered complimentary aromatherapy which was a nice bonus. The massage did not quite last the 60 minutes I expected, but was overall a nice experience. I can't quite put my finger on what was MISSING from the massage, though. All I can really say is, I've had better. It did serve its purpose and was an excellent deal, however. I'm not sure if I will return to Massage Heights, but there's no doubt they offer great deals and is worth the value! read more

Staff is friendly, therapists are professional and usually can adjust as requested to suit your needs as far as amount of pressure or area you want them to focus on . My favorite favorite was Felicia but she's no longer there :( Laverne does a decent.deep tissue, any other way it's fun to try out new therapists! read more

I've been going to the Champions location since it opened. I can generally get the appointments I want and see the same massage therapist, Bo. He is excellent. He's very quiet but that allows me to fully relax uninterrupted and I get the best benefit of my massage. He always asks if I want light , medium and deep tissue for my massage and he knows my fav scent is lemongrass. The facility is neat and clean and always has a great ambiance and is just plain relaxing the minute you walk in the door. Try them!! You'll like them. read more

What an awesome way to bring in the new year! Best massage ever by Annika. Check in was super easy! I will return again!

THE BEST!!! First of all, the owner is incredible and so sweet, which makes you want to come even more to support a wonderful place. I'm not someone to write reviews- and I'm telling you that you MUST request Nina and Andrea. They are both absolutely incredible. They're accommodating and give exactly what you ask for in regards to pressure and service. They constantly check in with you and give you tools to alleviate future soreness and pain. I'm a professional dancer and I've gotten massages from several people and I promise you- you will NOT regret coming here and asking for Nina and Andrea. My fiancé just left there and said "that was the best thing that's happened to me this month." So GO!!! read more

I paid for a Deep Tissue Massage for my spouse. He stated all he felt was oil being rubbed on him. Then I was told Deep Tissue Massages are the same as the others. So why are they called deep tissue then? We clearly stated he was a body builder and an athlete, the stated we could have a discount on future services. They did not even use tools or anything for Deep Tissue Future services??? There will be none. I work hard as an educator and this hard earned money wasted. read more

Just finished my massage!!!! Ms. Sofia was my therapist and she was absolutely phenomenal!!! Very knowledgeable about the body, and was not afraid to attack my prior injured shoulder to help me release the tension in it. Will definitely be returning to Massage Heights Champions in the very near future. I did not sign up for one of the memberships but I definitely could see myself getting one in the very near future. You can't beat their heightened program at 69.99 per month to receive the 1 hour with Hot Stones and a FREE aromatherapy! Go check them out you won't be sorry! read more

I have not had a massage for awhile since COVID, and this place made me feel safe and comfortable. I really love this location because it is clean, and the staff is very kind and attentive.
