She suggested a different color when the one I picked was not a good fit. Once again, Sunny Nails has exceeded my expectations. I just love that you can schedule an appointment via text. I also enjoy not talking during appointments and it doesn't feel awkward here. That's a big one for me.

However, I recently started going to Andy for my manicures, and his work has quickly become my favorite! Andy is an amazing nail tech and always has my nails looking beautiful. I usually get builder gel with cat eye, and my nails consistently last well over two to three weeks. I probably could go even longer between appointments, but I personally like keeping my nails looking fresh and maintained. I also receive compliments on my nails almost daily, including from complete strangers, which says a lot about the quality of Andy's work! He's very talented and pays attention to the little details, and I always leave happy with how my nails look. Overall, I've had mostly good experiences at this salon, but Andy is definitely my favorite nail tech. If you're looking for someone who does beautiful, long-lasting work, I highly recommend booking with him!

Radiance Wellness is truly living up to its name because you will walk out feeling radiant…read more Also...hello October and hello healthier skin! I had an amazing first experience with Sarah, the physician who saved me from my stubborn acne with a quick steroid injection. Honestly, it was so fast and painless I'm mad at mysef for not doing it sooner. Then there's Sam, the patient concierge. A geniunely sweet guy- super talkative, social, and instantly inviting. We bonded over K-pop (thanks to my K-pop themed hat!) and truly might go back just to chat wth him alone. LOL But hey..they also do tons of skincare services...so I definitely have to go back! Pros: * Friendly, knowledgeable staff who explain everything clearly * Quick and easy acne steroid injection (10/10 would let Sarah poke me again) * Sam - so pleasant and such a sunshine (Bonus points for being a K-pop lover) * Cute, inviting studio vibes * Plenty of parking (a rare luxury) * Fair pricing and no pressure to buy any products * Wide menu of skin services (I'll definitely have to make a consultation) Cons: * What cons? Other than it might be a future addiction! Overall: Highly recommend Radiance Wellness for a genuinely delightful spa/med experience. Great first impression!

I was really disappointed with my first experience at Radiance Wellness, especially because I was…read moregenuinely looking forward to learning more about lip filler. I booked a "New Patient - Filler" appointment through their online booking system, which showed $0 at booking. The description mentioned a comprehensive facial assessment and customized treatment plan but did not disclose a consultation fee. I was also asked to provide a credit card, and my confirmation email referenced a $100 cancellation credit for appointment changes made within 48 hours. When I arrived, I specifically asked the front desk whether my appointment was a consultation. The employee explained that I hadn't selected the consultation-only option but said he would update it. However, he never mentioned that this change would result in a $100 fee. The PA-C I met with was genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and informative, and I appreciated her taking the time to answer my questions. I was primarily interested in subtle lip filler and getting a quote, so I was a little surprised when chin filler was also recommended. While I understand that providers may suggest treatments based on facial balance, I wasn't looking to explore additional procedures and felt somewhat upsold. They also took photos for reference in case I decided to return, which I appreciated. It wasn't until after my consultation that I was informed of the $100 fee, which could be applied toward future services. To make matters worse, I was mistakenly charged $200 instead of $100. When I returned to the front desk, the staff apologized and explained that an employee had made an error. I was told the $200 would be refunded and that I would be charged the correct $100 separately, leaving me with $300 in charges on my card while awaiting the refund. Afterward, I reviewed their booking system and noticed a separate "Medical Aesthetics Consultation Without Treatment" option that explicitly disclosed the $100 fee. I recognize that I initially selected the filler appointment rather than the consultation-only option. However, I specifically clarified this at check-in, and the additional charge was never communicated before my consultation began. My frustration isn't about paying for a consultation. I understand that medical professionals deserve to be compensated for their time. It's about transparency and communication, especially when I made an effort to clarify my appointment beforehand. It's unfortunate because I genuinely appreciated the PA-C and had a positive experience speaking with her. However, the unexpected fee and billing error overshadowed what could have been a great first visit. I hope Radiance Wellness improves its communication around appointment types and consultation fees so future patients know exactly what to expect.

I'm a longtime MAC…read moreCosmetics fan, especially Studio Fix, but lately I've noticed my complexion has been changing with the summer warmth, sun, and dryness, and my usual foundation just wasn't blending the way I wanted. So I decided to stop in and see what other options were available. While I was browsing the different shades, Elsa asked if I needed help. I explained what I was looking for, and she was so sweet and patient. She grabbed a sponge, tried about three shades with me, and found one that was PERFECT! It blended so naturally that you could barely tell I had anything on--which is exactly what I want. I don't like heavy makeup; just enough coverage to give me that natural glow. If you know, you know, ladies! I also loved that I could browse without feeling followed around the store. Everything was clean, organized, open, and easy to explore, from cosmetics and skincare to perfumes and more. I was especially impressed that the makeup line I was considering was very competitive with MAC. I didn't purchase anything that day because, honestly, I wanted more than a few things and decided to come back later as my husband walking in from Trader Joe's next door which ended my shopping trip a little sooner than planned!

I came into Ulta looking for help with both my skincare and haircare, and Luis was absolutely…read moreamazing. He was incredibly helpful, understanding, and made me feel comfortable talking about the concerns I've been having. I really appreciated the time he took to listen and help me find what I needed. Unfortunately, my experience with one of his female colleagues was the complete opposite. While I was explaining some of my skincare concerns, she repeatedly gave me very disrespectful and judgmental looks. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and even more insecure about concerns I was already self-conscious about. I work with people every day who have different health concerns and insecurities, and I would never make someone feel judged, embarrassed, or disgusted with themselves simply by the way I looked at them. When someone comes into a beauty store asking for help with something they may already feel insecure about, they should be treated with kindness and professionalism--not made to feel worse about themselves. Luis deserves recognition for how kind, patient, and professional he was. However, I really hope management addresses the behavior of employees who make customers feel unwelcome or judged. It only takes one negative interaction to make someone not want to return to a store, regardless of how wonderful another employee may have been.
