GET BETTER MANAGEMENT! I have been coming to this location for years and today I had to cancel my membership due to poor management. I let them know back in March that I would not be utilizing the membership due to a compromised account and when I went to resume my membership for April, I was charged 130. Double charged! Right away I was met with they couldn't do anything, it's just the system and eventually spoke to a manager named Jasmine who said "I don't know what you want me to do, I can't help you." And went on to further say "it's just like Netflix or Hulu" at least Netflix or Hulu would return my money and cancel the membership all in one day, but not this place. I'm being told no one will fix this matter and everyone isn't in office until next week. Get real! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here, GET BETTER MANAGEMENT! read more

Don't think for a second that when you sign up for an hour massage that you're getting an hour massage. There is pre-prep, prep and unwind. So the most you'll actually get is closer to 40 minutes. I talked to management about it and they really didn't seem to care at all. It was pretty much bolied down to "that's the way it is". Now I have 6 months left of this miserable subscription massage. On top of that, the experience itself is horrible. First massage therapist had nails I could feel in my back during my massage. Afterwards I switched to someone else, then that person left. Found someone else adequate but I don't believe they work there anymore either. Just..don't. You'd be better off with a Groupon to somewhere else... Anywhere else. The best in can do now until my subscription runs out is to warn anyone I know to steer clear of this place. read more

First time trying this establishment out. I had a gift card for Mother's Day! Booking over the phone was awesome, receptionist was very informative and met all my needs in finding me a therapist that would meet my pressure needs and answered all questions. Day of services I received and hour facial and hour massage. Stephanie was my esthetician and she was fabulous! Answered all questions explained things step by step and gave an amazing service. She even gave a shoulder rub and had massage that was better than my massage therapist. Definitely will be rebooking with her since I signed up for the monthly membership. My massage therapist was very sweet, I had requested someone who could provide med/firm pressure. Pressure was good when we finally got to the back. I just felt maybe she was a new therapist, because her pressure was not firm everywhere else and her flow was "choppy", I've received many massages in my life and there's like a flow they have to where it doesn't feel interrupted. Again sweet girl, but just wasn't the therapist for me. Plus I had requested my scalp be massaged and she didn't really even go near my neck temples and scalp. But maybe they do different full body massages? Now the receptionist girls were sweet. One girl was obviously training, her trainer however was amazing. Went through all products, answered question, great customer service skills. Wish I would've gotten her name. She was a slim young brunette, whoever she is, great staff member. All in all had a great first time experience with Massage Envy, and excited to keep going back. Facility is very new and clean, staff members are very professional and friendly. read more

I had a really fabulous massage a few weeks ago at the Prosper Massage Envy! Halima (so?) was AMAZING!! Before my massage, I was having a lot of pain in my lower right side and a few of my friends told me that I should go get checked out to make sure it wasn't my appendix. Well I decided I would go after my massage, but after talking to Halima and telling her what I was feeling, she helped me remember that my psoas muscles get super tight, to where the same feeling had made me think it was my appendix a few times before. She then helped me with some awesome stretches and she was also awesome with the rest of my deep tissue massage! My pain was actually alleviated almost completely before I left! Halima kept me from having to spend probably $200-$400 to find out that it was not my appendix! I should also say that I have also been really happy with all of the staff and the owner, too. read more

The front desk seems to be husband and wife. Maybe they own it and are kind of too invested. They seemed a little too excited that a Client came in the doors. Too much attention and fake interest. Good people. I can tell but they need to relax a little so they don't give off the impression that this is their first rodeo. It winds up making client uncomfortable and a bit pressured. read more

Nope! Therapist were adequate but the front desk was not. We scheduled 2 massages for a later time. We left planning to come back, received a text saying both therapist were running late. We arrived and spent 10 minutes getting checked in. When i commented about this the girl said " well we TOTALLY text you " AND That time counted against hour that i assumed was massage time. Massage started at 4:38 and at 5:21 my therapist said "ok all done" i was back at front desk before 5:38. So if a fast, no frill , no aroma , no nothing.. in and out, not relaxing.. is what your looking for this is the place. Most places like this at least have therapist use a lavender, eucalyptus oil to wave over your face to inhale for relaxation or at least ask if you'd like that. Just not a great experience. Nothing relaxing about it. Felt rushed and while i realize its about the $ for them at least try to make customers feel relaxed as we pay $$ for that hour ( but not really an hour) massage. read more
