Thank you so much to the manager and staff for being so incredibly helpful yesterday. Losing my coupon was so stressful but your willingness to help me out made my day. I really appreciate your excellent customer service! read more

Don't go here, very unprofessional. I booked an appointment, when I got there the front desk person seemed lost and said she couldn't find it in the system. I don't believe this was the first time. Not a nice place! Pam read more

THE SERVICE PRICE IS CHEAP FOR A REASON. THIS is a perfect example of "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". I Took my wife here trying to cut corners. Cheaper service... and she came back worse. Told me the lady didn't know English and it seemed like they just find people on the street to give massages. Her message was so bad she felt worst after. My wife is only 27 has no health issues. We asked for a refund and they ghosted us for over a week until I called my bank. The service price is cheap for a reason. read more

Do not recommend this location. My husband was placed in hospice care in September of 2024 and died in January of 2025. Needless to say, he had service credits that he paid for that he was unable to use due to he advanced declining health. I called on 3/3/2025 to address the matter and was told to expect a call back by 3/5/2025. After two days had passed, without a call back, I called on 3/7/2025 to be told by the manager on duty at 4:20 pm that the account had been cancelled after my initial call and they would be keeping the money/sessions that were prepaid. "The services terminate with the contact". I offered to provide the death certificate to verify that the account was not "terminated", but my husband died. I was told that there was no one that I could escalate this theft to. Therefore I am reviewing the interaction so that others are aware of the practice of theft. read more

I tried to cancel several times and the front and back office has a disconnect; probably on purpose to steal money. I have never seen anything like it! The massages weren't even worth it, they were hit or miss. Save your money; dont go to the one in Buford. read more

I just had a massage with Kareema and all I can say is WOW! She took me to another dimension. You can tell she has a learned but also intuitive knowledge base. I'd say this was one of the top 3 massages I have ever had and I've had a lot of massages. read more

I had the best massage today done by Karima. She's professional, polite and friendly and knows her craft. Thank you Karima I'll be back for your services again. read more

Went there last week and here's how I'd rate them: Ease of making appt - very good Front desk - very good COVID procedures - good Attitude of therapist - poor Skill level of therapist - poor Wish i had read through some of these reviews before I went that mentioned Kelly. You may want to ask for one of their more in demand therapists. She barely made eye contact with me when I arrived, hardly said anything when I left, and her techniques was amateurish. read more

If you are in pain, do yourself and body a favor by scheduling an appointment with Norman. I've been dealing with the side effects of a sciatic nerve-numbness, pain, etc. Scheduled an appointment with Norman and after 2 visits the numbness in my foot is gone. Norman was able to do something physical therapy failed to make better. We are still working on my broken down body, but Norman is the person to see. read more

I had been dealing with tightness around my chest and back since getting over Covid. I went and saw Norman and told him what was going on, he explained to me that it was my Fascia! After just 1 session it was literally like a miracle. I had been seriously in pain for like 7 to 8 weeks. After 3 sessions the tightness has reduced by 90%. So grateful he knew what was going on. I had had a mild case of Covid pneumonia that I knew was cleared up but the tightness just wouldn't go away until I was lucky enough to find Norman. read more

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! Not to be dramatic... but they charged my credit card multiple times for massages I never had. They were extremely unhelpful and rude when I addressed the issue. They refused to refund me my money. Don't sign up for a contract! read more

Unprofessional place would definitely not recommend. Your better luck is to go somewhere else and use overpriced. They want credit card on file to charge you. With covid these days. They will not care to charge you. read more

Great massage, however when you tell someone "our 90 minute massages are actually 80 minutes (mine was 75) due to the time it takes to undress/dress" that's BS. I'm paying for a 90 MINUTE MASSAGE.. not dressing time. I showed up early to be told to wait in my car until the start of the massage time. The more I thought about it the more it made me mad because I only get massages about twice a year if that. Won't be coming back! read more

Good luck! Four times now I have been told a manager will contact me. Not once has one called. Had to cancel my membership due to their services triggering my health problems. I had two credits left. I can't use them because of my health condition but they won't let me give them to someone else even though I was told by multiple people I could. I filed a BBB complaint and will spread the word. I highly recommend you stay away from this business. read more

Every single month I have an issue. My masseuse herself is wonderful but the people at the desk...I just give up. From constant issues with billing and then today I show up for my massage and they have me booked for a different time. I show them the email I got over a month ago from when I booked it (not online, it was in person after my last massage) the email showed the correct time and somehow my girl got double booked. I got no email changing the time or canceling the original appointment. I'm just done. I'll be canceling my membership and going somewhere else. Seriously a shame because NeChe is amazing but it's just not worth it if I end up more stressed out after my massage than when I came in, all because of the people running the front. read more

I ended up moving over to the Massage Envy at Dacula for a lot of the reasons you see noted in other reviews. Front desk staff that's unfriendly and "doing time" and a management team that is completely non responsive. Good luck trying to get anyone to return your phone calls---unless of course you want to sign up for a contract. If you want to get any attention in this place, tell them you're calling in to join---then you'll get a human being on the phone. I have been extremely happy with the ME in Dacula and you couldn't ask for a better front desk staff! You can definitely tell the difference in management! read more

My husben and I have been members for over 5 years and here in the last 1year or 2 we are being changed our fee be are unable to use them because every time we make an appointment it is canceled by massage envy store because of not stuff to see us this has happened to us over 5 time now and we canceled our membership because of this in January (jan 27) and they still change us a fee, We had an appointment for Feb 17 at 3:00 but that was canceled and moved to 7:00 that or so we were told and we got there and then was told it was for Feb24 at 7:00. I was very upset left and then we get a call from that office today that told me that if we want to use our rest of the appointment it would have to be at another office. I told here to canceled the appointment on the books because we will not be able to get all 10 appointments in with in the sixty day that the contacts states. Every time we try the office cancels on us. we have only two location that is within an hour of us. So we now will be out of pocket over $500.00 dollar because we are unable to use then on felt of our, because of pour stuffing at your offices. the cancelation happen at both of the offices near us. read more

I've seen Alejandria a couple times already for a deep tissue massage and my goodness is she AMAZINGGGGGGG. I'm a frequent weight lifter and my upper body and lower back is always tight. I really enjoyed my massage today with Leilani! Her skills were the best. Sooooo relaxing! My body feels great!!

I had a Rapid Tension Release session with Heather. Avoid her. She's worthless. She set the massage gun to the lowest setting and would have never asked a single question. I had to tell her to increase the setting; which she did. I asked her to change the head and increase the setting; which she ignored. I won't tell you to avoid this place because I've had mediocre to outstanding experiences with other people. However, avoid Heather. read more

My review of Massage Envy has to do with my 80 year old mother in law's experience. She takes water aerobics at the gym next door and decided to stop in several months ago to have a massage. The employee at Massage Envy talked her into a "monthly membership" (... keep in mind she is 80 years old...) She came home and told us she really didn't want a membership but felt pressured by the employee. I contacted them to request the membership be voided - they said OK. Well - guess what - the monthly charge has started reappearing on her credit card again. This time my husband will be handling these people - and it won't be a "pleasant encounter" for them, I can assure you. Massage Envy may offer great massages - I couldn't tell you - but I can tell you in at least OUR experience, they have unethical and predatory sales practices. I would never use a company that takes advantage of the elderly. BUYER BEWARE!! read more

Go see Norman. I have frozen shoulder. Haven't been able to lift my arm over my head in almost a year. Three sessions with Norman and the miracle of myofascial massage and I can lift my arm over my head. He is a miracle worker. I feel almost normal again. We are still working on it but every session I get a little more range of motion and I can even hold the dog leash in that hand and my strength is coming back. He has done what no doctor or physical therapist has been able to. read more

I was so shocked and pleased after my first massage at this Massage Envy location, I became a member and just received my second massage today. I NEVER would have walked in to one of these places had it not been for a gift card I was given, but I'm so glad I did. I assumed that this would be the "Walmart of massage experiences," but thankfully I was dead wrong. Kareemah has taken care of me twice now and is amazing!! She seems to specialize in deep tissue massage, which I prefer. I'm active in yoga and martial arts, and stand on my feet all day in the salon, so I like a heavy & skilled hand to work out the kinks. I think the trick at these places is getting with the right therapist for you. It's important to be vocal! If you'd like more or less pressure during the massage, say so! If you'd like more work on your upper back, tell your therapist! Kareemah listened to my needs, and her intuition was spot on. 4 stars simply due to the general vibe, (a little "cattle call-esque" when they are really busy) and because the walls are thin, so you can hear a bit if people are chatting in the hall. They're pretty up front about what their program entails, and explained in detail their appointment no-show policy as well as requirements for membership cancellation. And the prices are reasonable. read more

Oh goodness so I dont ever write reviews..... I am from California out here to visit Georgia, I've had a ME membership for about 6 months before I cancelled in June. One therapist that I went to exclusively when I had my membership a few years back was no longer there....so I had to start back at square one. First 2 therapists I tried were just awful, novice at best, one worked on me with bandaids on her fingers!!! So needless to say I eventually decided to cancel....I didn't like the "gamble" every month. I had one credit left that needed to be used before the end of July when I would lose it. So I made an appt when I was here visiting family. I was told his name was Anthony....errrr....a guy??? But I was assured that he was very good, I said ok fine, we'll see. I went back and forth about an hour or an hour and a half. Booked for a hour and a half, but then called and left a message stating I just wanted to stick with an hour only. So I show up and here's Anthony, quite older than I expected, wasn't really feeling all that comfortable, but figured I could suffer through an hour because that is what I was accustomed to at ME. He was very warm and polite, shook my hand and told me to not ever lose that smile. We went back and I told him the areas I was having issues with. He walked out and I got undresses, kept underwear on which I never do! Laid on the table and waited..... I get massages frequently, at least twice a month. I can honestly say this was the BEST massage of my life!!! Talking with him this was a career move after he was forced into early retirement, he said he found his niche, I agree!! What a gem you all have here in Georgia! I will be back before my flight back home. Wish I could pack him up and take him to Cali, he should be a trainer because he really knows what he is doing. Wonderful way to end my experience with Massage Envy I suppose. Bittersweet. read more

My review is from a previous experience so maybe by now things have changed but I have yet to return after the terrible experience I went through on my birthday! I live in Buford and work for the post office in Buford and would go to this location 1-2 a week for a few months before this incident occurred. On my birthday me and my fiancé arrived in an attempt to get a couples massage which I made sure was the first massages of the day because we had a busy day ahead. Upon arrival we were told that one of the therapist was double booked somehow and they only had one available at that time. I asked if we could wait until the late therapist arrived and was told that the one therapist there has an appointment directly after so they wouldn't be able to wait. I asked if we could go ahead a lay down and once they arrived just come back and join the other therapist, answer was no. I asked if they could just move us back to when another therapists arrived, I was told that then someone else would then have to be canceled. Well im here first, it's my birthday, I come here very frequently, and it's not my fault that you all double booked a therapist. The same way they were explaining it to me, they could explain it to the one appointment they would have to cancel vs cancelling 2 appts. At that point we were told that they would not cancel another persons appt due to their error and we could either decide which one of us is ok with not getting a massage or both cancel our appointments. It's been 4 months and I still have not been back. I drive all the way to Snellville to get my massages now and I live on Buford Drive at the Mall of Georgia! It bothered me that much that I'd rather drive way out of my way or just stack up credits than to revisit that location. Leaving the review now because this same thing just happened to me yesterday in Miami while on vacation and I told them that I was very unhappy but at least they didn't do it on my birthday and to frequent customer. I've had a membership for 2 years and have only had 2 issues. This one definitely being the worst due to the specific circumstances. I loved the therapists here too, but inability to accommodate customers by management has kept me away. I attached a screenshot I just took and you can see that I went back to back in March. It only goes back 6 months in the app but at least you see my review is real. I even went for back facials and facials! I will never forget April 26th 2019. read more

Massage Envy - Massage appointments - Massage Near Me - Buford, Georgia

I have visited monthly with their special rate of $59.99 auto drafted. It is 50 minutes of deep tissue/Swedish massage - I've been seeing Kareema (sp?) she is great with my plantar fasciitis and I'd highly recommend her if you like deep tissue NMT style body work! Massage Envy - Tx Room - Massage Near Me - Buford, Georgia

This massage was 1out of 10. I'm so sorry to the next person who get a massage from the lady who massaged me. 1. She wore gloves that created this weird friction against my skin, 2. The lotion was ice cold, 3. She literally just rubbed me for an hour. No deep tissue, not even a medium pressure, she just rubbed her hands up and down the entire time. I was waiting patiently thinking to myself "maybe now she'll start". Ugh, worst $60 (plus tax) spent. I still gave her a tip because I'm not the type to not tip. read more

My very first time with massage envy and this will be my last. I have never in my life have receive of one the worst service in my entire life of getting massages. I usually don't do review, but today will be the first. I pay an hour to have some one put lotion on me. I told the therapist that my shoulder and neck tension had given me such a bad head ache and that this Would be the place i like to focus on when check in with their tablet specifically pointed to area I needed. What I receive was like lotion rub on dry winter skin. I am so disappointed. Would not and will never come back to this franchise again. read more

If you want to ruin a special occasion come HERE!!!! VERY disappointing!! I scheduled a couples massage at this location as a surprise birthday gift for my husband! The morning of the appointment I get a call that one is the therapist called out! SO WHAT! instead of accommodating the already scheduled appointment they offered to give us different appointment times and a free service! This defeats the whole purpose of a couples massage. I'm a member so they could of truly kept that free service it was nothing to brag about, I had a free voucher for a free service. CAN'T wait until my membership expire I will NOT be renewing! The staff are great @ MOG! I was immediately greeted with a smile and then my massage therapist, Danielle was ready for me. That was by far the best hour and 1/2 massage! I am totally relaxed and I feel ready for the work week! Treat yourself to a ME membership! It is worth it!! read more

I was mistakenly double charged my monthly membership payment, and as a result was charged with overdraft fees on my bank account. Although it was confirmed that I would be refunded the extra monthly payment they charged me for, I have not received reimbursement for the overdraft charges that incurred as a result of their mistake. I have called multiple times to remedy this with them and be reimbursed for their mistakes, however I have received no response. My recommended advice for Massage Envy would be to be more responsive and return calls in a timely manner, especially with issues that could be remedied quickly. For customers that are looking to start a membership, make sure you keep track of the automatic payments they take out to ensure that they're accurate. read more

My massage therapist, Kelly, seemed bored. Her technique was mediocre at best. Then I went to Jo for my facial. AMAZING!!! She really knows her stuff. My next service was stretching. I think her name was Ally, also AMAZING!!! If I had a decent massage, I would have given 5 stars. Everything else was the equivalent of some of the nicer spa's I have been to over the years. Overall, worth the visit and reasonably priced. Thanks! read more

Following the prior review I contacted them today as they requested, we shall see what they have to say. We went for a couples massage last night and it was definitely not worth the money. My therapist had cold hands and basically rubbed lotion all over my body...there was no massaging going on. My boyfriend scheduled a deep tissue that was not deep at all but instead a rub down. Neither one asked about the pressure while they were massaging and their hands consistently left our bodies. We were scheduled for an hour and didn't even get 40 minutes. Worst massage ever, don't waste your money. read more

The massages are always excellent. However, the front office at Mall of GA is AWFUL! My husband and I joined, and the last two visits we were misquoted information about out our pre-paid balance and cost. The first time, we were told "Oh, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we recently 'cleaned house' in an effort to improve the business side." Well, now, on the second visit, what's the excuse? Please give me correct information BEFORE I leave your place of business, and don't call me 24 hours after my visit to apologize for misquoting the wrong price, and now we owe you $20 for our massage! Thanks for the extra stress Mall of GA location, especially Sam (who claimed to be a manager, but is not)! Think about it! Can a restaurant or shoe store call after a day after you paid and left the premises, to say "Oh, your ticket was mispriced, please return and pay $20 more dollars!" read more

I will not be returning to this location for 2 reasons: 1. As a Black person, I am very aware of the difference in how I am treated compared to a White person. On the one occasion that I did go to this location, when I entered the facility and stated that I had an appointment, Chandler, the lady sitting at the reception desk who was White, just gave me papers to fill out and that was it. However, when a White man came in, she was very cordial and offered him his choice of beverages to drink. She had not done this with me. I told her that I wanted to speak with her. I indicated to her that she had not offered me anything to drink as she had done with the man. At no point, did she offer an apology. 2. The masseuse did not indicate what I was supposed to do once she took me to the massage room. I was getting a feet and head massage and was not told that I was to take anything off. I knew that I had to take my shoes off. The massage was fine. Overall, I did not like the reception I received, and I believe in first impressions. read more

We went here today for my birthday. We Had a couples massage. It was my fiancé's first massage experience and my 3rd. Overall, I was not impressed. The front desk staff was goofing off upon arrival. Our 'greeter' could have been a little better dressed and manicured. Her shoes were a little frumpy and her nails were a little long and the polish was chipping. I would have preferred for my masseuse to be a little more heavy handed. I felt like it was more of like a 'rub' than a massage. You know when you go to the nail salon and the ladies "massage" your hands and feet... Yeah. Kinda like that. Just as she would start to work in an area and it would start to feel like she was getting somewhere she would stop to add more lotion or move on to a new area. We filled out paperwork and was asked which areas we would like for them to work on, so why not read the sheets?? I don't think I would make another appointment here. My fiancé on the other hand said he felt like his masseuse was able to work out most of his knots. He felt as though she read his paperwork and was able to focus on the areas he felt like needed it. However he stated he feels like it could have been better. Said the massages I give at home are better. At the end we were asked by our masseuses how our experiences was. They gave us a run down of where our "trouble areas" are and began to tell us we should get a massage more often to work on the knots. Duh! Lol! Who has time or money to get massages all the time?? After checking out the clerk at the counter did ask me to sign up to become members. Didn't pressure us. But I did feel obligated to listen. Needless to say we did not sign up. All in all.. We will not be returning. We definitely want to have massages more often but will be trying someplace different for the next ones. read more
