I have been a member several different times and just didn't have the time to get in all the time so I gave it up. I was hurting again and decided I needed a message. I went today and it changed my whole week. I'm 55 and full time in restaurant business and felt like I got hit by a truck. I went in today and had Cheyenne. The customer service left much to be desired. Upon arrival it was very little grace and understanding. I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience that I was there. I arrived 5 minutes instead of 15 minutes prior to my appointment because life happens and understood this would take 10 min off my time. However it was very clear that they wanted to prove a point that my tardiness would be punished. The masseuse spent more time adjusting the sheets than she did actually massaging. The time on my neck and back was very pleasant and to my satisfaction. However the time on my legs was like applying lotion to myself and not a massage. I was mostly just disappointment in the customer service received and left feeling less relaxed than I entered which is never the goal of a massage. I would get a better experience at a local massage school than at this franchise. Would not recommend. read more

I've been going to Massage Envy Brownsburg since 2016 and it is an awesome location. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their services and products. The massage therapists are very thorough in asking about your pain and problem areas and pressure before starting. I mostly use my membership for massages but I had an awesome experience with the facials. Your skin feels so clean, soft and smooth after the facial. I also love the fact that I can purchase add-on aromatherapy for my massages to help if I have a migraine. read more

She really took the time to listen and learn about my body and preferences before we began, and she checked in with me during without being obtrusive. On November 15, 2018, i called Massage Envy to schedule an appointment for my daughter while she is here from out of town during the December holidays. As i am a member, who pays a monthly fee, i was shocked and disappointing when i was told that i had to give them my daughters credit card number in order to book the two massages. I was very angered by this "new policy" the woman informed me about. There is no way i am giving anyone a credit card number that is not my own. If this is Massage Envy's new policy, i will not continue their services after my year contract is up with them. I will not recommend them to others as this is not a good business practice to have. I called Massage Envy to schedule an hour-long full-body massage. The receptionist was very polite and asked pertinent questions about what I wanted in a massage. I was given the option of a male or female masseuse during the scheduling call. When I arrived, I was promptly and politely greeted by two receptionists. I filled out some paperwork and was explained what would happen during the massage, which was a nice touch. My masseuse, Sammy (female), was good overall, but I have a couple complaints. First, her hands were cold. I realize some people can't control this; however, as a masseuse, you should invest in hand warmers so that you make your clients as comfortable as possible. Secondly, I had a 30-minute massage upgrade coupon and Sammy gave the impression that 90 minutes would be too long for a massage, so I felt like it might be rushed. It turned out fine, but only lasted 75 minutes. I won't complain about that. The massage room was drafty, but I did like that clients can control volume of music and dimming of the lights. I would go back, but I would suggest that the room be warmer next time. read more
