The service is always spot on, & Sean truly does his best to accommodate customers' appointment (time) requests. All of the therapists that I have had within the past have been wonderful, but Selina is truly amazing! The last time I returned to work following a massage, my co-workers even commented that I seemed more relaxed & rejuvenated. She truly takes her time, & focuses on the areas of your body that you request (so make sure you indicate this on the sheet at check in, the first time you visit). If you're a repeat customer, they pull your sheet for review, & I have noticed that the therapists always focus on the areas I listed. The atmosphere is very relaxing, & the treatments are thorough. Boyfriend and I learned about it through Groupon. The place was so clean and roomy as well as the massage rooms. I asked to focus on my shoulders and they really got those knots out. PURCHASERS OF GROUPON VOUCHERS, BEWARE! I received as a gift, a 60-minute Custom Massage Package with Aromatherapy and Foot Massage. I called on Wednesday to schedule an appointment, which was scheduled for 1:45 pm on the next Friday, however, when I mentioned that I had a Groupon voucher, Shaun, who told me he was the manager, told me they would not accept any appointments for the Groupon voucher. He told me that they could not honor the Groupon voucher that I had purchased! Shaun continued to argue with me and tell me that they had a problem with the amount Groupon was paying them........ as a consumer and customer - why is this my problem? If you (as a business) have a problem with the contract you have with Groupon, why do you argue with your customer? As a consumer, I expect that I will receive the services for which I paid, not receive an argument from you (the business), that you (the business) do not agree with the price that you (the business) negotiated with Groupon. This was very rude and disrespectable. I wish the NO STAR option was available. This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a spa. If you are a Groupon customer, the message from this business is SCREW YOU! They don't care for, nor have respect for you, nor your business as a consumer. I wish the No STAR option was available for this. The worst experience I ever had in my life. Lets begin with the fact that if you are a Groupon customer SCREW YOU lol they basically dont care for your business. I called Tue in the morning to make an appointment since its a requirement for Groupon Vouchers and nobody picked up nor did they call me back until Wednesday morning. Surprisingly they were all booked for Wed and Thursday and only had one opening for Friday so I said i would call back. I decided to go in anyways since the lady had told my mom earlier that i could just come in since they were not busy. I walk in with my mom at 5:45 pm lady says hi and asks which type of massage i want so i walk over and give her the Groupon voucher and all of the sudden she forgot she had a 6 pm appointment. Calls the owner and god I have never heard anyone in any type of business be so disrespectful and rude. He clearly felt some type of way when I told him that how is it possible that you had the time for a walk in but you wont allow me to get a massage because its a Groupon voucher? Horrible. I made a 5pm appointment, got there at 4:55 and was told that the person before came late and they were not ready for me so I needed to wait 30 min. I agreed to wait and said it was fine as he apologized. They show me to my "room" which is basically a section of their total floor space that is sectioned off by a fabric curtain. I get undressed and lay in bed and there is some sort of sand all in the sheets! I tell the lady and she apologizes and offers to change the bedding, meanwhile I still am gracious and say it's no problem accidents happen. As I let the massage begin, I notice I can hear sinks being ran and the talk of other guests in adjacent "rooms". I let this go because I truly just wanted a good massage and to see if my Groupon price was worth it as I was supposed to have aromatherapy, 60 min massage, and a foot scrub all for $41. (By the way, for the aromatherapy she just told me to take deep breaths at the beginning of the massage and waved a stick like object in front of my face that was lavender scented) So, the massage begins and I immediately notice her touch is so light it's as if she is just rubbing my body. I assume this is just a warm up so I waited to patient and see what happens. (On the form you fill out prior to the massage I indicated I liked firm touch, needed focus on neck and shoulders, and I wanted deep tissue) 5-10 min go by until I ask her to increase her force, and she says okay okay but makes no changes. I continued to tell her a few more times that it was too soft, it was soft isolated finger strokes and I couldn't feel anything as she was 'massaging' my neck and shoulders. She said okay is this better and I repeatedly say no it's still too soft and I feel no changes. I didn't understand if this was due to a language barrier or what. Frustrated I get up and ask for a supervisor (who was the same man who seems to be serving as receptionist) and they both seemed confused. I told him I could barely feel anything and he said he could do it. Reluctantly, I said okay ( I usually do not want a male masseuse as I am a female). Then he looks back at the clock and tells me I would have to wait another 30 min. So I declined and left, I did not pay for such horrible service. I was highly disappointed after seeing so many 4-5 star reviews I thought I would have no worries. But I've gotten better student massages. Great prices but I will not be returning to Massage Days. read more

Had a super relaxing massage!! Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and got their grand opening special, $55 for a 90 minute massage. They are in the same plaza with Marshalls, so there is ample parking. Everything is brand new, smells nice, and super clean! Great customer service, and my therapist was very friendly and attentive. They also give you a rewards card at the end which you can collect signature and get the 10th massage FREE. Will definitely come back again! read more

Found this place on Groupon. Worth every penny and then some. I had the aromatherapy massage with peppermint oil and foot scrub. One of the best massages I've had in a long time. I was hesitant to get a massage at another small massage place because they're usually too rough and leave me feeling exhausted after, but everything was perfect here. I don't live in the area but if I'm ever out this way again I'll definitely make the effort to return. They have a magic touch over here, I could literally feel my blood rushing through out my body with their massages. BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD place to go for a massage. The masseuse name Ana came in, she had a difficult time speaking in English. The whole 60 minutes she did not apply a massage oil to my body and I specifically asked her why are you not applying oil. She said in 5 mins and 5 mins passed no massage oil has been applied. Basically, SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND CAN NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. The Groupon price of $38 include 60-Minute custom massage package with Aromatherapy and Foot Scrub, THERE IS NO FOOT SCRUB DONE. The massage bed was not heated because it was not plugged in. I told the masseuse that the bed is not heated and she did not understand me, so she have to call another masseuse. When another masseuse came in to the room, her name is Jenny, she is very rude and told me no need to plug in the heated bed as the weather outside is 90' degree. I had a groupon and the manager was very rude and insisted on the number on the groupon before booking the appt. when I got there, the therapist did not speak or understand English and I could not communicate with her at all. She did not know anything about massage therapy and I had to tell her where to rub which was a problem because she didn't understand English.The manager asked if I was going to pay tax and tip when I was done then told me not to use a groupon again. He was not happy I was using a groupon and was not interested in pleasing customers. I had gone here before and the woman was good, but now she doesn't work there anymore. I asked if I could substitute hot rocks for foot scrub and manager said for $15 more. It doesn't cost that to put hot rocks on. I will not be back. The manager needs to learn about customer service and the therapists need to be able to communicate with customers. I am still sore. read more
