My sister and I have had three (3) massages since January 2023 & plan to continue each month until the end of the year. Each month the massages have gotten better and better!!! We will now continue to have May & CiCi perform our massages; they are FANTASTIC!!! The remodeled Spa salon is truly amazing and inviting; top notch in cleanliness. All of the staff we have encountered have been very friendly and courteous. We will continue to patronize Massage Crystal each month although we live in the Clinton area; well worth the drive. read more

They delivery what I'm looking for every time. No frills, just a great massage. I get a massage here at least once a month, the best place in the area in my opinion. read more

I've been to Massage Crystal in Crofton twice now and saw Amy both times. It's clean, was seen on time, and Amy is obviously very experienced and a great massage therapist. Definitely recommend! read more

I woke up one Saturday morning and decided I wanted to pamper myself. I was able to get an appointment the same day! It was wonderful. I had the hot stones and aromatherapy one hour massage. I am particular about the amount of pressure I prefer and my masseuse was on point! Perfect. I usually book with Robert Andrew but didn't feel like spending $120 for a one hour massage, so for HALF the price, I booked with Massage Crystal and it was definitely a good decision! Highly recommend read more

My husband and I decided to get a couples massage at the last minute. I called around and Massage Crystal was available and affordable. $50 per person for a couples massage? Yes, sign me up! I should have known it was too good to be true. Overall, the staff was friendly and the ambience was nice but I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. My husband and I got undressed to our comfort level (we left our bottoms on). Strike 1: As soon as my massage therapist started, she tried to take off my underwear. I said "no, I am leaving my bottoms on and you don't have to massage that area." She rolled them down mid-way and started massaging my back and buttocks ANYWAY. Strike 2: She spent the majority of the time massaging my butt and then said "Can I tell you something? You have a great butt!" After that I could not relax and wanted to end the massage (meanwhile, my husband is on the other table relaxed and falling asleep). Strike 3: The two massage therapists talked to each other throughout the couples massage so even if i was comfortable (which I was NOT), I could not relax because of all of their talking. Although the staff was kind and it was affordable, I cannot fathom visiting that establishment again. They did not respect my wishes or my body. Not worth it. read more

My wife and I have been to several massage spas but I have to say that Crystal Massage in Crofton is the best. The staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. I have neuropathy in my feet so yesterday my wife and I went to Crystal massage spa and I got the foot massage and then the body massage. The lady who massaged my feet and body was in my opinion the best I have seen. She used a special oil on my feet and it was awesome! It felt like she knew exactly where to use the amount of pressure on my that was necessary and although it hurt a little it felt great at the same time. When I got the body massage I got the hot rocks application and it was incredible!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good massage at a reasonable price. I plan on going back as soon as I can. P.S. My wife was very happy with her massage too!!! All I can say to the staff at Crystal is keep up the good work!! read more

Went here today for the first time. I was greeted promptly and after looking up my reservation I was taken to my room. The room was nice and had a flower on the massage bed which I thought was a nice touch. I laid on the bed and I actually like their massage bed better than at some other places they have the little face hole in the bed rather than the extension out of the bed. Either way both are uncomfortable for me but this one seemed to be better than the others. My masseuse was Amy she was very pleasant and really took the time to massage me. I will definitely return! read more

Where to begin. Take your hand and move it across your skin, that's the first 15 minutes with oil. The next 30 minutes are someone grabbing your skin, while THEY'RE sitting. Awful, cheap, and worthless. Don't waste your time. I don't know where these 5 star reviews come from, but it's definitely not reflective of the last 2 reviews and mine. read more

They are nice and honestly pretty on point. I've been going to them for quite some time. Like 5 or more years. I gave them three stars due to my overall experiences with them. However my last couple of massages were only OK. I'm used to a nice working over with fingers, sometimes toes, palms, squeezes, stretches, the whole nine- from this very same place, despite the masseuse. However, tonight I'm not happy. For starters there was a lot of noise in the lobby. It made it hard to relax. On top of that, my massage wasn't a massage at all. While it was cool, it wasn't "good" as it was more like $120 back rub. Lots of elbows and forearms but no fingers and hardly any squeezes but there was this awkward butt thing! She was sure to keep checking about the pressure but explaining that I wanted more fingers in my massage- I don't think she understood. Being undressed you don't exactly want to get up to find the receptionist. By the time I left I was a little disappointed and tired and needed to process my experience. This isn't what my typical experience looks like here and I hope this isn't the new standard. Im really sad to write this.., read more

First time and LOVED it!! Will be back once a month. Best massage I've had in years. Best hidden spot in Crofton!!

My wife and I decided to come here for date night. The price is decent, but for me that's where the value ends. I've had a few massages before to compare it to, and I'd rate this more at the lower end. The woman I had used her elbow the whole time and it just didn't feel good at all. When I went to go pay, I left what I thought was a reasonable tip. Apparently that wasn't good enough for them and they proceeded to pull out their tip chart to show me how much I should tip. I thought this was extremely rude and because of the entire experience I had with them, they will not be getting my business or money again. read more

So far the worst massage I've ever had, the masseuse was sitting while I was getting a "massage" covered with a blanket, not even touching my skin. It was a joke and a waste of money, plus they were expecting me to tip like it was mandatory. read more

I went to this place yesterday, today I feel painful all by upper back and shoulders. I feel painful at the time they do pressure. The male technician did for me. read more

Awesome service! WENDY is amazing!!!! Will definitely be going back. Nice oasis and made me feel very comfortable during my session.

I found my new place! I usually have monthly massages and since moving I haven't found the perfect spot until now! The space is clean and well appointed. The massage was amazing. Emily did a wonderful job and I am already looking forward to my next appointment read more

Coco was beyond amazing!!! She was very kind and gentle, yet firm. The angelic music playing made for a relaxing atmosphere. In addition, the comfortable chairs, hot rocks, and warm oil were so soothing. I will definitely be returning very soon! Everyone should experience this. read more

Visited this place for a couple message for my Husband's bday we did a combo 60 min body and 30 min feet they soak your stinky feet first I don't blame them, then they dry them and start the message the guy doing my feet was a little heavy handed I had to tell him ease up, i didn't go to sleep but my husband did, onto the message it was great softer pressure was applied they also used hot stones!!!. Massage Felt Great! So Great I felt sick and lightheaded after. They need to have a sitting area for you to come back down to reality they give you water...but you need to have time to regroup after a Wonderful Massage Prices are very reasonable and my husband loved it! We will be back give them a try. read more

First time getting a massage ever and I have to say that it was so relaxing. To the people who have reviewed and said that the pressure was too hard or the stones were too hot.... speak up! It's YOUR massage and they'll adjust according to you. Definitely make an appointment. This place is worth it! read more

Massage crystal was amazing! Sophia did an amazing job. I work in the restaurant business and am on my feet for 60 hours a week so I am constantly in pain because of how long I am on my feet. Sophia knew exactly where my problem areas were and I didn't have to tell her to go any harder or lighten up, she could feel where I was tense and knew how hard to go. It was a rejuvenating experience and I can't wait for my next massage. I feel refreshed to start my week thanks to Sophia! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great experience overall! read more

I loved massage!! All my kinks and knots were worked out! I it was a very quiet and calm environment. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I will be back! read more

I absolutely loved my experience with a full body massage. It was absolutely beautiful the amount of pressure was spot on my body. The price of the massage was very affordable and the quality of the massage wasn't compromised. read more

Hannah did a great job. Excellent customer service! We did a couples massage and very relaxing. We enjoyed every minute of it. We received the Swedish 60 minute massage which was worth every minute. The pressure of the massage was just right and they checked in with us throughout the massage to see if we were ok. We enjoyed it so much that I bought a couples massage gift certificate for their Christmas gift. Will definitely come back. read more

I wanted and needed a massage! Where do you go to find ANYTHING, but of course my Yelp app! I sent a message, and an appointment was set in less than 10 minutes! Massage Crystal is located in a strip mall in Crofton! It's very nondescript but it was inviting!! Massage Crystal offers a 60-minute full body massage for $45 and I also wanted a foot massage! I added that for an additional $30! So let me start by saying that if you want a spa experience with cucumber/lemon water and spa robes, this is not your spot! What I will say is Massage Crystal offers a very quiet and tranquil environment! I was instantly relaxed! My full body massage was everything! The gentleman had very strong hands! And did a total number on my shoulders and back! But I totally needed it! It literally was awesome! I was taken to a separate dark room full of massage chair and tranquil music for my foot massage! It was a full 30 minutes or so I thought! I feel asleep! LoL! That's how good it felt! When it was over, my body felt amazing! I totally needed it! It was an amazing experience! I'm for sure going back!!! read more

Got a same day appointment through Yelp during some time off. The combo back and foot massage was excellent and you can't beat the price. Even if you leave a hefty tip for the great service, you're paying less than most other massage places in this area. I appreciated that I definitely got a full 60 mins of attention, exclusive of changing time! read more

This is a very good place when you are in a pinch. It reminds me of any average nail shop...but it's a massage parlor. Pros: I walked in without an appointment and they took me 10 mins later. Prices are low so you can get the extra 30 mins. Clean The man that gave me my massage was great. He asked about the pressure and was concerned if he was doing it too hard. Cons: My room was behind the receptionist, so I heard the phone ring, the door open and clients... No lockers No doors No hooks for clothes It's a get what you pay for kind of place, this isn't a luxury spa day. But I could barely walk and needed some relief fast and I was pleasantly surprised. It got the job done. I would recommend it as long as you are aware that this is not a spa day. I had a better massage here than Massage Envy. read more

This place is Crofton's hidden gem. They accommodated last minute appointment which is awesome. Went here couple days ago to get a massage for my back pain because of the gym work out. It is a clean, comfortable environment with great and professional staff. My massage therapist was Vicky, she is wonderful! I will most definitely be back!! read more

Kind and good work. Clean establishment Emily responded to requests for specific sore spots on back and did a great job overall.

After looking at yelp reviews I decided to visit Massage Crystal today. It was not crowded and I was able to get in to get a foot massage immediately. I got the one hour foot massage. Overall, the experience is what I'm used to. One difference was when my feet were soaking, there were ridges or dull prongs to stimulate the bottom of my feet while soaking. The massage itself, put me to sleep. So I cannot say exactly what happened. I know that about 30 minutes per foot was done. I'm giving four stars because I was sitting up for the massage and I think laying flat would be more comfortable. And since I was sleeping, I can't comment on everything that was done. There is a $2 charge if you use a card to pay, but I'm used to this at other places as well. All in all, the prices were good and the massage was relaxing. read more

This place does the best massages I have ever had- and I've had plenty all over the world. And the value can't be beat. It's not the fanciest place but the massage therapists are top notch! read more

I enjoy coming to Mesaage Crystal, one of the best in the area. They are very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended!

I love this place. I'm a regular here and they have always been nice to me. I feel comfortable and relaxed whenever I'm here. They always take good care of me. The front desk is sweet the massage therapist is very patient and professional. I can smell the place is clean. They even use the UV lamp to sanitize all the rooms. It's very reasonable price and totally worth the money. I highly recommend this place to anyone! I used to go to Amy but since she is off duty I tried some other masseuse, they're very good as well! So overall I rate this place 5 stars! read more

Massage Crystal is conveniently located to my home. There's free parking in the immediate vicinity. The entire facility is kept very clean, the therapists & staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are competitive with similar businesses and frequently a bit less. I'll continue to be a regular client. read more

Clean and the massage was on point. Didn't like that my therapist didn't tell me his name and spoke very little English. A little skeptical about them not finding out if you have health issues or specific preferences as far as the gender of masseuse no waiver or any form to fill out. Also didn't like that the therapist stopped mid massage to try to sell me on additional services. Probably would go back if I am in a hurry or want to save money. read more

Was delighted to find this massage parlor in Crofton. It is very clean and professional, you can make a reservation by phone and they will confirm via text. My masseuse was Lisa and her hands are magic. Highly recommended. The staff is mostly Chinese and they use traditional Chinese massage techniques (which means they will get up in your personal space, but you'll feel great after). There can be a bit of a language barrier, but the service is excellent. I try to leave a healthy tip for them. read more

Great massage!! I have been to Jessica and Danny. Both are fantastic!! I highly recommend Massage Crystal.

My first time at the Massage Crystal was truly a GR8 one! My deep tissue experience was truly wonderful. Sophia is well experienced in targeting the sore areas in my body especially the shoulder blades. I love the hot stones and the complete body relaxing feeling afterward. I will be back. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. Take it all in! As a disabled veteran, I have a barrage of issues which includes disc herniation, disc bulges, no disc space, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, bilateral hips and knees, and an inflamed rotator cuff. I was in tears all morning because I was having issues walking. My chronic pain was getting the best of me. My man tells me to find a place I can walk into and I came across this true hidden gem. I called at 12:30 and they said they could take me at 1. I drove straight over. I requested the 120min body massage. It's listed for $100!!!! That's insane pricing! I went to the restroom and as soon as I came out I was directed to a small room where I took off my clothes and got under the sheet. The masseuse spent some time kneading over top the sheet which was different for me. Then he massaged my scalp and my migraine went away (it's been around 4 days and they usually last a good 10-12 days)! Then he brought out lotions and oils. He used a unique path/pattern while massaging my back but I realized even though it's not text book, it worked because it truly followed my body. We are not all the same so why are we all wanting the same basic massages? Anyway. Then he proceeded to my lower body before flipping me over to do my arms, legs and feet. For the first time I wasn't moving slowly and telling a masseuse that. Needed this or that to change because my back was seizing. When the massage was done I was almost asleep! This is also rare for me between the chronic pain and the PTSD. Hot stones and hot towels were also used throughout the head to toe process! I highly recommend this place if you need an escape from the chronic pain. I just left and got my nails done without seizing in the salon chair! Definitely my new place. Only $60 for a 60 min body massage OR $90 for 60 min body massage plus 60 min reflexology massage! Can't beat these prices or the attention you receive. The ambiance was perfect. The walls a deep shade of purple. It smells nice and the first thing you hear when you walk in is a small water fountain couples with relaxing music. There's a nice waiting area with tea and water. The lights in the rooms are a bit brighter than I'm used to but he put something over my eyes automatically to keep me relaxed. The location is easy to find. The staff is professional and friendly. It's clean and the bathroom is among the best in the area. Bathroom cleanliness in a professional setting is so important! read more
