I was a bit concerned that it might be a shady business ;) It most definitely is not! You get a punch card if you pay in cash, and get a free massage after 10. Anyway, it's very clean and restfully decorated. Check in was easy, using their tablet. They ask that you circle areas of attention, and this is where I kind of went wrong the first time. I circled something and tried to make the "No" sign on it, but they didn't understand. Let me explain: except for the young man who staffs the front desk, English seems limited at least for the two masseuses I've had. So I had a bit of a time explaining my exceptionally tender Achilles tendon that can't be touched. On my third visit, I took a photo from a website, on which I drew the "NO" symbol around the area. I was a little afraid to offend someone but they actually seemed to appreciate it. All three massages were out of this world for excellence. I tried the hot oil and stones for the second; it was nice but I won't have it every time. I'm going once a month to treat myself, and an hour at $75 is such a good price for how great I feel afterwards. I always tip well, too - and then the total hits my budgeted limit. The oil and stones are only $15 more, so I plan to do that every 3rd time or so. Splurge! I had two with Ivy and asked for her but she was on vacation for my third.
