My husband and I love going to Massage Chairs and More in the Valley Fair mall, and we saw the Walnut Creek store as we happened to be passing by last week. We dropped in on a whim and were nicely greeted by Alan. We had already had a great experience buying a D Core 2 from Aaron last year in their VF location, and we shared how we had been considering a second one but weren't really sure if we wanted to pull the trigger. Alan was wonderful and shared his own experience of how he found having two different massage chairs with different capabilities to be really supportive for him. We loved his recommendation to get a complementary chair - it was perfect for our needs - and ended up putting down a deposit right away for a Panasonic! He made sure we got to actually sit and try out his recommended protocol - we got to try the new chair he recommended, and then went and sat in their model chair of the one we have. It was such an excellent combination and we feel really lucky he gave us that suggestion. We just finalized purchasing the chair yesterday with Matt at Valley Fair (who also was incredibly professional and fun to talk to), and he was able to get delivery setup for today. Talk about fast turnaround! Our white glove delivery team just set up the chair in my home and my husband and I are so pumped for it! All in all, our experiences with Massage Chairs and more have been great. If you are interested in a great massage chair, I highly recommend visiting one of their locations in the Bay! read more

While my wife shopped, I discovered this business. Quality/Quantity - Tried their 3 best and most popular chairs. I liked two of the three. I will have to come back to test "apples to apples." Half an hour was not enough time, especially for a $15k purchase. Atmosphere - Small high volume location. Their Valley Fair location is just as high volume, but twice the size. Again, plenty of 3 hour free garage mall parking. Service - Gio Scott is so professional. We spent half an hour together before my wife finally finished shopping and got me. When I left, my body was so relaxed! Price - Expensive, but that is the cost for quality and service. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success and with your 4 locations. And congrats to the franchisor and their 250+ locations. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but my recent experience at Massage Chairs & More was beyond exceptional and deserves recognition. I recently visited the store in search of a high-quality massage chair, and I was incredibly impressed with the service I received from Mr. Henry and Gabe Gonzalez. I had my two daughters with me, and Gabe's outstanding customer service made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Gabe took the time to thoroughly explain the features of various massage chairs, allowing me to sample multiple options across different price points. His knowledge and patience were evident as he guided me through the selection process. Ultimately, I decided to purchase the D. Core Cirrus 2, which stood out due to its complex and realistic massage sensations. I learned that D.Core has been perfecting their craft for over 70 years, and it truly shows in the quality of their chairs. I'd like to give a special shout out to Mr. Henry. He has been in the massage chair business for years. His vast knowledge about massage chairs greatly influenced my decision to purchase the D. Core Cirrus 2. Henry was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each chair he sold as well as those available on the market. Without his expertise, I would have ended up purchasing a chair that I wouldn't enjoy and that might not have been reliable. He also worked with me to find solutions that would fit my budget, ensuring I got the best chair possible without breaking the bank. I am also glad that I went to an actual store to try different massage chairs because the quality of the massage varies significantly from chair to chair. You don't want to buy a chair that may look nice but feels like something is just rolling on your back (to me, this would've been the worst decision since I don't want a chair that provides an underwhelming experience). What you're looking for is something as close to an actual massage as possible, and the D. Core Cirrus 2 delivers that experience. D.Core massage chairs are renowned for their patented 3D+ True Shiatsu Action, which closely simulates the finger and joint movements of a professional massage therapist. This is a major reason why I chose this chair, as no other chair I've tried comes even close to this feeling. The chair also feature unique Wave Arrays for a comprehensive forearm and calf massage, setting them apart from other brands on the market. Combining traditional Japanese design elements, such as the use of real black walnut wood, with modern technology ensures both beauty and effectiveness in their products. Another feature that I absolutely love is the stretch feature - this thing really stretches your back and kneads it as if your back were a lump of dough in a pizza parlor. It's like having a team of tiny bakers working out every knot and kink. The feeling is amazing, and no one does it better than D.Core. The stretch program in the D. Core Cirrus 2 combines gentle stretching motions with deep kneading to relieve tension and improve flexibility, making it a standout feature that takes the overall massage experience to a whole new level of delicious relaxation. The cherry on top is that this chair is made and assembled in Japan, ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail. This is contrary to many chairs I've seen online that I thought were made in Japan (like Osaki) but were really made in China, which have been known to be of lesser quality and prone to breakage. This is why I decided to make the extra investment. If I were to buy something, I would like to make sure that the quality and experience are above par. The standout moment of the visit was when Gabe went the extra mile by taking my daughters to get Haagen-Dazs ice cream next door while I completed my purchase. This thoughtful gesture ensured that my daughters were entertained and allowed me to focus on finalizing my decision. Overall, my experience at Massage Chairs & More was exceptional, thanks to Mr. Henry and Gabe Gonzalez's dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend this store to anyone in search of a premium massage chair and outstanding customer service. read more

Henry and his team delivered again! We got the new Panasonic MAK1 massage chair and it's seriously the BEST! I love the massage mechanism of this chair and the strong, precise, life-like massage it provides. The crew did double the work this time as they had to take away the NEO as well after setting up this chair, the guys had no complaints and finished the job with utmost professionalism. We decided to shop for a massage chair as our Christmas present for each other this year. Google led us into this store. It was delightful. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were so so kind to allow us try out different chairs so we could find one that we both love. Unfortunately, the boss Henry really turned me off. I don't appreciate his insensitive comment about how his chairs are better than those cheap ones made in China. Being someone who came from China originally and have been in the US for over 20 years, I understand China has many areas to grow. However, it does not give anyone the right to advertise themselves as better then and cheap ones made in China. It's fine if you claim that you are the best in the world. It's not ok if you discriminate the product based on the location of manufacture. He said most of the Costco Amazon massage chairs( I.e human touch) are American brand made in China and it's junk. I do not wish to support a business that does not pay respect to my culture. So I am taking business elsewhere. read more

Had the pleasure of meeting Henry, the store (and chain's) owner and had a great experience. Went in here expecting to spend less than an hour to learn a bit about some options in our chair searching journey and ended up spending over two hours talking and trying out the different options. Henry was very knowledgeable about his chair and brands as he highlighted the differences and perks of each one. He was friendly, patient, and understanding of our needs which made the experience even more enjoyable. I had a great time and my wife and I feel very confident that we chose the right chair at a great price. I'm looking forward to receiving the chair and enjoying it many years to come. I highly recommend this store and hope you'll consider this place when looking for your next purchase. I didn't see anything stopping me from doing this, but feel free to use this referral code for $250-$1000 off any chair buy (if you end up spending over $3k). RF1162. read more

I recently purchased a massage chair from this store and had a fantastic experience. I first visited the Santa Clara store because I had heard great things about their service. Aaron assisted me during this visit and provided helpful information about the different models. he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the different models, explaining the features and benefits of each one.Although I didn't make a purchase that day, Aaron suggested I visit the store closer to my home for further exploration. A few days later, I went to the closer store and was impressed by the exceptional service from Henry. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, listening carefully to my preferences and guiding me in refining my choices. Thanks to Henry's expert advice, I was able to confidently select the perfect massage chair. As for the chair itself, I couldn't be more satisfied! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the massage functions are simply amazing. It offers a perfect blend of relaxation and deep tissue therapy, helping me unwind after long days and relieving tension in my back and shoulders. The quality is truly top-notch, and I'm thrilled with how much it has improved my daily comfort. The delivery process was smooth, and the team ensured everything was set up properly. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with both the product and the service I received. I highly recommend this store, and I'm grateful to both Henry and Aaron for making the process so easy and enjoyable. read more

We would like to give a shout out to Aaron Oz from the Walnut Creek store. We needed to exchange a chair we purchased and Aaron went above and beyond to make us happy with the process. We only want to deal with him. If Aaron is not management, he should be. Thank you James & Jennifer read more

I walked by store after seeing the many hiTech, beautiful massage chairs. I was NOT even in the market to purchase ANYTHING. I decided to stop in to see if the massage chair features were as therapeutic and functional as their hiTech looks. They were! The owner greeted me and treated me with professionalism and had knowledge about the therapeutic benefits I needed to hear. I was allowed to experience the chairs with no pressure to get up! I was explained purchase options owner even made calls to get me the massage chair to my home, in another city next morning! The delivery team were also professional and accommodating. The only suggestion I would have is that the delivery team provided an expert on the massage their use. I would have enjoyed a one on one explaining and customizing the many features on delivery. Went in on 10/19 to buy a chair and was directed toward more cheaper chairs. I knew the chair I wanted to buy but the salesman refused to let me sit in it. 2024 and blacks are still being treated like crap. But it was a white lady that was n there and he let her sit in the same exact chair. He kept asking how much did I wanna spend which was none of his business. But I knew what I wanted to purchase and he did everything he could do to keep me from sitting it. So with this being said, blacks stay away from this racist place read more

After having done HOURS of advanced research - comparing massage chair brands, specific models, price ranges, and companies - I decided to visit Massage Chairs and More in Walnut Creek last Wednesday and walked out with a wonderful purchase and feeling really great about it! Alan worked with me from the moment I entered the store. I explained which models I wanted to test, as well as my goals and my budget. He was patient, respectful and thoughtful. He showed me the chairs I'd selected but also suggested a different model of one of the brands based on my preference for "deep tissue" massage (and he was right; I liked it much more). In the end, I chose a model I had not initially tried out. I had considered it strongly, but hesitated because of the price. Alan recognized that the chair truly met my preferences and checked all the boxes, and in order to make it possible, he literally made me an offer I couldn't refuse - and I was SO appreciative! He really knows his stuff and I felt like a valued customer. P.S. - Alan also answered my questions via text over the next several days about delivery, payment, etc. He consistently responded within minutes. AND my chair was delivered on Saturday - four days after I made the purchase!! This is a GREAT store - wide inventory of top notch brands, well organized showroom, well informed and attentive staff, and excellent (i.e., fast) customer service! read more

Got my first Massage chair very helpful with everybody at the store, explaining every little detail about the chair

Henry and his staff did an excellent job describing all the chair features and benefits during our in store evaluation. He knew his products inside and out and could articulate the cost to value very well. My wife and I were a bit apprehensive spending 5 figures on a message chair but the health benefits have been nothing short of amazing. My wife's migraines have decreased dramatically. My sciatica leg pain is gone completely and I no longer have pain when driving long distances. I give Henry and the Message Chairs and More business my highest recommendation. read more

Gabriel helped he pick out an excellent massage chair in downtown walnut creek. He spent time to show all the features. Thanks.

Our visit to the Walnut Creek store was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I were quite impressed with the selection of the massage chairs and finally selected the D-Core Cirrus 2. I like deep massages but my husband not so much. Henry fixed our problem by adding an additional pad. The mechanism on this chair accurately scans your body and the rollers accurately target the correct spots on your neck, back and hip area. The arm, leg and foot massage were great too. My favorite program in the Stoop correction. This targets the muscles on your neck and back that start to cause poor posture -- very noticeable on older folks. This chair is so popular that we are waiting for a new shipment to arrive. The main reason we bought our chair from Massage Chairs and More is Henry. Henry's expertise in this industry and his commitment to ensuring his customers are happy with their purchases is so much appreciated. We know this chair is expensive, but since we are 64 and 67 years old we gave ourselves the gift of health. Using the demo chair I noticed my neck, shoulder and back muscles were sore because I was breaking away the adhesions that prevented my right arm from making big arm circles. My husband will be working on improving his leg circulation and his stoop neck and back. This chair is an investment in our quality of life and Henry and his staff are committed to ensuring our massage chairs runs trouble free for many years. Did I forget to mention when you purchase your chair from Massage Chairs and More you join the family and have access to their expertise troubleshooting any issues you may have. Peace of mind is worth the trip to the store. Thanks and looking forward to receiving our new chair. read more

5 stars aren't enough! Henry and the team at the Walnut Creek store are absolutely wonderful! My lady and I first went to the store about 6 months before purchasing our chair. We spent almost 3 hours in the store on that first visit. If you're serious about finding the right chair, you really need to take the time to relax and experience several chairs. You will very likely want/need to do a few rounds of massages to truly discover what you prefer. These chairs are really incredible pieces of technology and have a huge number of control settings. Henry will ask you questions and make adjustments until you get fully dialed in. Once you find the chair and sweet spot settings that work for you, the experience becomes transformative. I'm a very serious weight lifter (for over 40 years) and have had a number of injuries. I had been dealing with a nagging shoulder injury for over a year. I love a super intense sports massage and so we dialed in a great chair and setting focusing on sports recovery. Two days after my first visit, my shoulder felt fantastic. I was finally able to sleep without discomfort-- amazing! I love that their sales approach is zero pressure and entirely focused on helping us understand the various chairs and what we felt was best for us. On our second visit to the store (6 months later), we purchased our chair! We each use the chair at least 4 times a week and it's amazing! Not only is it helpful for deep massage but also for incredible relaxation. We have a number of different settings saved based on our moods. The chair has great speakers, so I have created a series of massage-specific playlists! Lastly, their post-purchase support is fantastic. I have gone back to the store with various questions about how to best tune-in the chair and they showed me a bunch of tips and tricks to get the most out of our chair. Do yourself a favor and spend a few hours one afternoon trying some chairs. I promise that you will love the experience! Thank you, Henry! We love our chair and your store! read more

Never been a big fan of massage chairs until my sister bought us the Positive Posture Brio Massage Chair. What convinced me of its healing benefits was how it immediately alleviated the tightness and tension on my neck and shoulder from a workout regiment just by using the 15 minutes 'Neck/Shoulder' program on the chair, all this from the first day usage after it's delivery and set up yesterday. You can buy a massage chair from anywhere else but they're just selling you a chair. Well! What a pleasant experience! I had the opportunity to work with both Henry and Eren, both extremely knowledgeable of all their products! I work a job that I go into customers homes and I always see these chairs always thought to myself, those are stupid chairs, little did I know. I was in Las Vegas last week at a store similar to Sharper Image and bought a bunch of stuff and they had 4 massage chairs and the guy insisted that I sit in a chair, so I did and fell in love! I almost bought it but was worried about the warranty and needed time to do some research and also wanted to buy local as I am a small business owner myself. Let me tell you, these guys are the best and they cover the whole spectrum of quality message chairs. I tried them all and finally decided on my favorite and they have a great warranty program as well as white glove delivery. If they don't have a chair to fit your needs, you don't need a massage chair. Do yourself a favor and stop in and let these guys introduce you to their selection of quality massage chairs, you won't be sorry! read more

My wife and I are looking for a massage chair and have done our research online. We have a budget in mind and an idea on what we want. Walked in the store to check what they have and Im glad we did. They ask all the important questions, from budget to need and like. I wanted to try the firm and hard massages right away but they told me i need to start with the soft machines first so I can feel the difference in pressure with the multiple chairs. When we are done trying the chair in our budget and ready to purchase, he asked us to try the top of the line Panasonic chair. I almost did not want to get up. Needless to say we ended up going over our budget. They are very professional and will spend a good amount of time with you. They listen to what you say and are not pushy.
