Took over the two month mark to receive furniture. When we received the furniture, it was left out close to the sidewalk. FedEx never ring the doorbell. Had to log in 12 boxes. Was missing one box so we couldn't complete the furniture until it arrived. Was missing covers that we ordered. read more

Went into Lovesac hoping we could purchase new couches. We go into the store and the two associates there did not want to help at all. Finally one of them took the initiative to talk to us and ask what we were shopping for. By the way he was very unprofessional and had a dental floss pick in his mouth the entire time he was "helping us". We wanted to see what layout would best fit our living space and he almost seemed annoyed of us asking questions and helping us. We went back and forth a couple times and he finally said "I have to use the restroom but will be back before you guys leave" and asked his other colleague to help. The second colleague was nice but still very disappointed with how we were helped initially. The initial guy that said would come back after his bathroom break never came back, made it seem like he did this to avoid helping us. Very bad customer service, not helpful at all and very unprofessional. Seriously Lovesac, hire people that like people and are willing to help them. Now, I have to drive about an hour out to a second Lovesac location just to try and seek better service. read more

I recommend go talk an associate. Plus it's better to sit or feel it yourself. It sounds easy as buying building blocks but when it comes to big purchases. We stopped in the store today (Sunday afternoon). There were 3 employees working. None of them bothered to look up at us. That's fine. We were checking out one of the love sac's they had in the store. When we asked for help because we had a couple questions they looked at us confused. Finally, one guy picked up an ipad and was trying to find the information. The 2 girls couldn't be bothered. We were seriously looking into buying a love sac but after the indifference from the staff, we had no interest from buying from them. I can get better service looking up information online myself. It's a shame. I don't see Lovesac staying open in that location for long with that kind of staff. read more

Nothing wrong with the product per say but to speak to a customer service representative to cancel or check on an order is ridiculously slow. Plan to be on hold at least 20 minutes before anyone answers and while you are on hold about every 30 seconds you will have to hear "did you know you can text with us instead, press one to text with us, otherwise stay on the line and we will get you to next available agent". But even if you do hit 1 you will still be left on red for the same amount of time. read more

I'm saddened to see reviews are about the product and not the service from this store. I own a ton of Lovesac products...it's not for some, but I personally love the versatility and ability to clean my items. The other complaints are a little petty. That said, I wanted to get a new cover and called this location for help. Gianni helped me both on the phone and in person. She checked all the boxes being thorough and helpful in describing to me my options. When needing to see my item in person, she squeezed me in between appointments (since I knew I didn't need tons of time), have great advice on parking l, and had samples ready for me along with a note. She was incredibly efficient while managing a store while in Covid times and was always cheerful and helpful. I hope she gets recognized for going what I consider to be above and beyond considering the circumstances while also succeeding in a sale. read more

We finally did it! We bought our first Loveactional (x2...OMG!!) - one for the family room and a small one for the hubby's home office. Sales rep ,Allyssa D. was sooooo helpful and patient. She explained all the configurations and even went searching in the stockroom for a match to a pillow cover I found! You rock, Alyssa!! It is now two years from the time we bought two Sactionals from LoveSac in Walnut Creek for our new sunroom. They went together easily, are super comfortable (we got the down alternative filling), and the fabric has not faded at all in the direct sunlight it gets all day (we got a chenille-like fabric). We have one that converts easily into a slightly larger than a full-size bed with the addition of two ottomans, so we use it as a guest bed (with a Dormeo topper on top, otherwise you can feel where the cushions meet when you sleep on it). No buyer's remorse! I am hard to please, and this was a purchase well worth the money. read more

I spent a fortune on this sofa and while it is comfortable and the fabric is really nice, the seat back cushions are all wrong for the couch. I was sent ONE standard pillow and 6 really long pillows which is strange since only only two of the long pillows fit my couch next to the ONE standard.. makes the entire look of the sofa look awful and I have a huge stack of long pillow extras that I can't even use. I tried to get this remedied in the Walnut Creek store where I bought it and at corporate and they both said, too bad! They aren't fixing the problem. I cannot recommend this brand. My boyfriend and I briefly stopped by in between scheduled appointments and they allowed us to look around and ask questions. Staff then scheduled us an appointment the following weekend. We met with Alyssa and she was extremely knowledgeable about the products. We were hesitate on purchasing but she was super persuasive and answered all 500 of our questions. Disable people and seniors be very careful when ordering a sectional or anything from this company. I purchased a sectional from Lovesac Walnut Creek,and explain I had doctor's appointments and treatments.I was told that my sectional would come in 2 to 3 weeks. I was contacted by Amanda(sale women) with very short notice,a few boxes will be arriving on Friday. I then again explained. I have treatment and I need more notice in the future, Amanda told me she was going to be off, her manager would call me if they see anything was going to be deliver, when she looked up the tracking number, she didn't see anything. I also looked up the tracking number and didn't see anything.I went out on Saturday and came home and budget dropped the boxes off on the street, my neighbor then helped me lift these heavy boxes.I called Walnut Creek and their main 800 number, and basically they don't care about disabled people, my dollars don't matter, and they can care less about my inconvenience and stress that they put me through. I feel like my dream couch turned into a dream nightmare very disappointed in the company.Buyer beware!! I give it a one star because Amanda was very nice. read more

I purchased a couch, delivery and product are fine. A sale started 3 days after my purchase and I called for a credit adjustment. This process has taken six weeks and I still do not have a credit. I phoned the store two times and was told a "ticket"was created and I should be getting my credit soon. I then asked for the District Managers number and was given the customer service number. I stayed on hold for over 38 minutes all the time hearing how they are spreading the LOVE. I have requested a call back from the district manager, David Moss. Of course I can not find any phone numbers for upper management or corporate offices. This is an innovative company with antiquated customer service. It really leaves it staff at a disadvantage for helping their customers. Very disappointed, be cautious when the people working for this company are not available to talk with their customers. read more

We arrived maybe 5 minutes before shift change. Once Alyssa came in, she really took the time to listen to what we needed and wanted. She spent almost 2 hours with us, answering all of our questions, it seemed like she had worked there for years. She took the time to show us the configurations we could make with the pieces we purchased on the couch displayed in the store. She was very patient and made us feel super comfortable.
