Honored to be the first to review this place! Honestly, I was almost hesitant because I've stumbled…read moreupon a little slice of heaven, and part of me wanted to keep it to myself--but this gem is too good not to share. I first learned about it while scrolling on the Nextdoor app, where I saw a post about hydrotherapy--something my fiancée has been interested in. The post came from Marcy (IG: @mgcxwellness), who partners with Holbrook to teach classes for the residents of this beautiful community. She was quick to share all the details, and when I learned the first session was free, I booked a Thursday appointment right away. When you arrive, you'll register at the front desk (first visit) and check in on future visits. The property is stunning--ample parking, valet service, a Starbucks, a movie theater, fruit-infused water stations, a pool, a saltwater pool, a heated elevation treadmill pool (my first experience here), a Zen room, a sauna... the list goes on. Everything is spotless and well-maintained. The hydrotherapy with Marcy is always a treat--the water is crystal clear, the atmosphere relaxing, and the benefits are incredible. But here's the kicker--and the reason I had to write this review--you can actually sign up to use the facility's amenities for just $50 a month! That's right: pool access, sauna, gym, and more (classes with Marcy are separate) for less than what some gyms charge just for basic equipment. Speaking of the gym, it's spacious, well-equipped, and impressive even to someone like me who works out regularly. This place is the ultimate wellness retreat, and now that I'm a member, I'm officially detoxing in style. If you're looking for luxury amenities, relaxation, and an unbelievable value--check this place out. You'll thank me later.

It felt like she was able to locate and work out every knot I had. I felt safe and comfortable. I also appreciate her helpful explanations to any questions I had. I hope to return soon! The weighted lavender neck pillow was great. However, it's only been 4 days since my mani pedi and I'm already noticing the cuticles lifting and getting caught on things. Some of them are also very uneven and I understand with every nail treatment that's bound to happen but I just thought it would last longer. My facial was nice and I felt my skin was glowy after. But if I hadn't asked questions or said anything during the appointment, I don't think my aesthetician would've said anything. Again, I understand a silent peaceful vibe might have been what they were going for, but it almost felt I was interrupting that by wanting to know what was going on my face. Overall, I would likely come back again, but after dropping over $300 on these two services, it's a little discouraging.

I booked a 60-minute signature massage, and it was exactly what I needed. He worked out the tension and stretched out my shoulders and back, and I felt immediate relief. My go to massage therapist left and I've tried out four different therapists here. Three have been affirmatively uncomfortable and or awkward. One gentleman tried to sell me on his at home spiritual healing device thing that cost him $8000, while simultaneously bragging about his modeling career. A previous therapist was just rude and annoyed the whole massage. My massage therapist I saw today informed me, DURING THE MASSAGE, that she could not do any deep tissue. She started the massage 10 minutes late, and ended five minutes early, and she said her hands were not strong enough to do a deep tissue massage. Why would you allow clients to book a deep tissue with someone who says they cannot do deep tissue? What a colossal waste of my time. I'm so sad because I leave these sessions more stressed and upset than when I started but out hundreds of dollars!
