Their availability was a few weeks out and I was also trying to book the appointment between the time I took lunch at work. My appointment was a month out due to those factors. However, I will warn that their name is not on the marquee for the plaza and their located on the second level so it was a little difficult to spot them at first. When I went inside it was very warm and welcoming. After a couple minutes the massage therapist greeted me but he did not tell me his name. Prior to starting my massage he asked if I had any problem areas and warned that he is heavy handed and to let him know if he needs to adjust the pressure. Overall, it was a nice massage.
