It's taking me a few months, sir maybe even six months to write this review.... I've been extremely uncomfortable and trying to figure out the steps to take to deal with what happened. I've been to this location several times I used to live down the street. I used to get massages on an every few months basis.... Recently I moved and I came back to his location to visit and everything went as normally planned at first. The massage lady during my massage started to get a little too close to my private area areas, she even tried to what I consider spread them apart... I know that's what they do at happy ending type places so I was completely freaked out I have not been back since and like I said it's taking me months to write this review because I want to save someone else the mental gymnastics that I've been doing the last few months... completely disturbing and shocked. READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW. I try not to ever low star a service industry or local small business. We try not to be complainers. And I TOLD the lady at the front desk I would give her high stars on Yelp. So five stars for honesty. But, I DEFINITELY should have read the reviews (like my husband told me to) before going here. The 65 reviews with an average 4.5 stars is what made me NOT read them! So, this was our experience, and maybe not everyone else's? We are both big massage fans and have been getting them at various places in multiple countries, including medical massage, for over 20 years now. The building was in the Willow Bend area. We figured rent must be high, so they've got to be good! It was beautiful outside, nice and clean inside. Bathrooms were clean. The massage room was pretty. It had sand in it that was unique. I liked that they had anti trafficking and "don't ask us to do anything illegal" signs in several places. When we walked in at 4pm on a Saturday, it appeared there were no customers in the building. 12 or so employees appeared to be having a staff meeting in the lobby. They were seated and all quietly staring at us - so it was a little awkward. We asked if they take walk ins and the girl at the front desk said they didn't have availability until 6 pm. I looked around and everyone was still seated staring at us. We thanked them anyways and let them know we couldn't come back then and maybe we would try another time. The front desk girl then clearly made a fake phone call to a dial tone to see if someone was keeping their appointment and surprise - they weren't. So they made an immediate booking for us in a couples room. We let them know we didn't have to have a couples room if that made things easier for them. We requested a 75 minute massage for $180 total. During the massage itself, my husband and I both thought the other one may have been enjoying their massage, so we didn't say anything and didn't want to disturb the other one. But we both had the same highly unfortunate experience. We both thought we were being treated by a new to the business masseuse. And we both thought they may have been punishing us for not being able to come at a later time. We both also had an unfortunate "table experience" that was the first of its kind for us. If you'd like more details, feel free to message me. They did do a full 75 minutes. Many masseuses will cut it short by ten minutes or so. But in this case, we would have been happier to have it cut short. When they left, we sat up, looked at each other and agreed "worst ever." When my husband went to check out, he chose not to leave a tip. We are generous tippers in all service industries and if we can afford $180 for a massage, we can afford a tip. The woman checking us out asked "What? No tip??" And my husband said "No, not this time." She pressed him and wanted to know why. He said "It was pretty rough." She then said "Why didn't you tell me so I can make it better for you?" My husband said "There's not much you can do at this point." I let her know we would leave a good review (hence the five stars) and left. After 20 years of many different therapists in many different countries, we will not go back to Massage 8. It has been over a week now and my husband is still in pain. We are medical professionals and I am wondering if I need to take him to a doctor. We both know what a great massage is like. We both know what an inexperienced massage is like. And we now know what a "I could care less/I've never done this in my life" massage is like. Five stars ONLY to keep my word. read more

I have to say, if you're going to get a massage you must go here ! Look no further ! I have been going to this place for about 3 years now. I have been about 6-10 times can't remember exactly but I have never had a bad experience. They are so friendly and always have appointments open. I recommend making an appointment and like I say they can do same day appointments. The staff is all very friendly. They have robes and slippers for use as well. I got the 60 min Swedish massage for a total of $70. Not terrible at all. They went a bit over the 60 min mark so I was not complaining! Always such great customer service. Absolutely amazing!!! I had the worst pain in my back, neck, shoulders from a lot of stress at work (and life right now of course) and did a lot of manual labor in the house over the weekend and felt like I had a pinched nerve that was causing an insane amount of pain. I ended up deciding to look at places near my office and saw them and their reviews and called them last minute around 1pm yesterday and asked if by any chance they could take me last moment around 130pm And they said yes. Great service and wonderful people!! Picked up on the second ring, was so kind on the phone, ready and waiting for me in person. Everyone had masks (almost no one there which was great so fewer people for COVID) they did a temperature check at the door and ask for you the wear a mask when you lay face up for that part of your massage to ensure you're safe during the whole session. I'm an average woman, 50ish, a little overweight and not enough physical activity :/ From time to time I get lower and upper back pain, and my shoulders are killing me... and I start looking for help with pain meds, massages etc. Usually, nothing really helps and it just fades away over time. BUT this time I wanted to try Thai massage and chose this place, just based on its yelp rating. I love being able to schedule online and lots of availability for the same day on weekend (!) plus pricing seemed reasonable (120$ for 90 minutes). The place is nice, not too fancy, bed felt a little less comfortable than usual. The thing is: IT ACTUALLY WORKED!! Many massages are pleasant but don't do much or it makes you feel better, but the next day you're back in pain. This one was a little different than most (for example no one asked me a million questions about my health and what am I coming for). The lady used different techniques and I actually loved how she stretched me and twisted my joints. She made sure I was okay a few times and I felt comfortable to let her do whatever she thought was best. I left feeling surprised of how much better I was already doing, but it's been 3 days since and whatever left of my pain after the massage is completely gone!! She was able to fix pains I didn't told her I had, and even made much better an unrelated, long time painful hip joint! read more

My wife and I were looking around for the best price and the best massages! We got 90 minute hot stone with lavender essential oil. The masseuse for me did a great job asked where it was bothering me the most and worked on it to make sure it was feeling better before the massage was over. My wife also had a great massage! I'm giving this place a 2 star because my personal experience was a -1 but my fiancé had a 4 star experience. My person, never introduced herself so I don't know her name. I asked for medium pressure and repeatedly had to remind her. I don't think she had much experience because there was a lot of repetition of light circles with the palm of her hand then her entire weight (she was on the table) behind her elbow. I actually feel worse the day after and need ice packs where her elbow were used. If you go ask a lot of qualifications type questions when booking. read more

I had the worst massage in my life. The girl that was massaging me was horrible. I asked for deep pressure but it was not deep at all. Three times I reminded her to go deeper. Each time she would go deep for 20 seconds then back to soft pressure. She had no technique. It was more a soft body rub than a massage.
