They tell you they will have your carpet cleaned in two weeks and back to you...you call three times after the two weeks has passed and they don't get back to you...so you keep calling and they say they will check with the warehouse to find out the status. I am hopeful the end of the story will be good but I will NEVER use them again. read more

They Quoted me $69 a room and $2.00 for stair treads. They said they would be done from the truck/van and hoses. A boy showed up in a pick up truck with a couple of shop vacs. He took pictures and said he would be back with a final price. Original Quote was $149. New Quote Basic $200 Next level $325 and Top Level $500. I assumed I was getting a quote for a professional cleaned rug. What I got was wet rugs just as stained and dirty as when I woke up that morning. These guys go by other names, so when shopping for a professional rug cleaner make sure you do not get different quotes from the same people using multiple Company Names read more

They never showed up and I wasted 2 hours waiting. Bad communication - I waited only for them to say - sorry about that. Use someone else

DO NOT BOOK! I originally scheduled a cleaning, and then they cancelled thirty minutes before the appointment. Then, they rebooked and showed up an hour past the arrival window. I was quoted on the phone for $80, but upon arrival they said that service would only provide a spray and vacuum, which would be done in "10-15 minutes." The next option to upgrade was $425. These guys hook you with the $99 carpet clean. Then they show up, and then claim that there are 2 higher levels of cleaning. The lower level is $650! The higher level is $800! 3 rooms and a hallway in a 1600 sqft ranch, really?! They put a few chemicals in the water and up charge beyond belief. The guy got it down to $700. Like an ass I fell for it, thinking they must be amazing. Wrong!!! They're low budget, real pros use a van with real machinery, not a bin on wheels using my hot tap water! As far as I'm concerned they stole my money, no conscience scammers! No better feeling than being duped, and I should've read these reviews before getting f****ed over!! read more

DON'T HIRE THEM. IT'S A SCAM. I originally scheduled for a tile clean then they upsell me a "deep clean". It looks like they didn't do anything. The tiles and the grout looked exactly the same. I emailed them to ask them to come back to do another cleaning. Obviously, they didn't respond. I ended up ordered the steam cleaner from amazon and ended up doing the cleaning myself. This is what they missed. You're better off getting a steamer and doing the work yourself. read more

Do not use. They are thieves. They picked up my rug I sent off to be deep cleaned ($360) and they never returned it. I asked them multiple times when it would be returned and it's been 2 months. I filed a complaint with the BBB. read more

I requested to get my carpets cleaned. The carpet cleaner showed up an hour and 20 minutes late. He told me it was no problem because he could still get the job done in time. He did the job in 40 minutes and asked me to look at it. The carpets were still wet, so it was darker. That made it harder to see if the stains were out, but I could not see any. Now that it has dried I can see the stains are still there and it was not a good job. The price was very expensive as well, not worth what I paid for. I do not recommend. read more

The cleaning guy came and was super professional and courteous. One thing you might want to realize is they seem to be open for negotiating and haggling. We started with a price for just a steaming and when he came through, he tried to upsell us a bit. We agreed on the upsells and were able to negotiate the price. This isn't a bait and switch as I've seen some reviews say. You literally get the price for just a steaming, and if you want a deeper service, you should expect to pay for it. read more

26 minutes ago-Edit I used Certified Green Team to clean my air ducts, big mistake, first they are scammers, advertise $29.99 per vent but then switch to the "deeper clean" pitch which seems to be there standard pitch. I was quoted $350 on the phone, when they arrived the guy said it would be $1600, I said no that was too much, then he said $1000, at this point I should have gone with my gut and showed them the door but I said ok. Then when they went out to their unmarked car and grabbed a shop vac and a whip on the end of a pneumatic tool I knew I made a mistake for sure. They don't have professional equipment that they advertise. One guy was in the vent with the whip while the other stood with the shop vac in the air trying to catch dust particles, not an effective strategy, the dust went all over the place, I ended up cleaning it up myself because I didn't trust them at all. They didn't have any protective gear on, no face mask, they kept their shoes on, and then asked to run the charge for payment before the job was done before his phone lost power ! Don't use this company I think they are fly by night scammers, definitely not a professional organization, when you call to try and speak to the owner, I think his name is Vic, he is ignorant and rude, he actually lied about his name, terrible!!! He threatened to call the police on me, also they are affiliated with Mass Air Duct Cleaning because my receipt had that name on it, and Mass AirDuct has an F rating with BBB, the reason for the F is they were misusing the BBB logo on their web site as though they were accredited which they are not. All in all the transaction with them felt like a crime and I hope that they are stopped. They seem to want to schedule quickly so you don't have time to think about it or check them out, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD, THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL, I AM GOING TO SUE THEM MYSELF AND DON'T WANT OTHERS TO FALL VICTIM TO THEIR UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES read more

I also had a terrible experience with this company. The price quoted over the phone was $200 ( I didn't know at the time but that price was for steam cleaning.) The up-sale once they were at the house was $700 for shampooing the carpets and sofa. I thought that $700 was pricey so I went with the steam cleaning. Final price was $244 after they did some measuring. The carpet and sofa did not look any cleaner when they finished or the next day when it was dry!!! I called to complain and they offered to come back and shampoo the carpet and sofa for a "discounted rate" of an additional $309! Hahaha! This company is a big scam. Bait and switch! AND they don't do a good job. They are supposed to be "Google Guaranteed" but Google says they are not on their list of service providers. Feeling ripped off! Ugh! read more

CROOKS. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. First, my credit card was charged for $84. My receipt shows $70. ????? The charge on your card will appear under 'Local Services - Brighton MA.' Not Green Team Services or Mass Carpet. BEWARE. Second, the quality of the carpet cleaning was horrible. Ive used Stanley Steamer for years without any issue ever. I never should have changed companies. i tried for 10 days to contact Green Team each time I was told a technician Manager would call me back, many times they would just disconnect the phone line. I am disputing charges with my credit card company This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more

company states they do same day appointments. I called and they are booking for a week out. They clearly don't do same day. In any case we booked the appointment and they were supposed to do our place a week later. they confirmed the night before and they said we would be the first appointment. we took a 1/2 day off and waited and waited. at 10:00 we received a text that they were having van issues and would be delayed for a while. called the office and spoke to a clueless receptionist. she offered no help. she said they were not running with a full staff. Stay away and read these reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I made an appointment for Friday 3/10 for 9-11am. The driver called me at 9:08 am saying they were on their way. I get another call at 10:56 am saying there was an emergency I'll have to reschedule so I did for Sunday 3/12. I asked over the phone how much it would be for my 5x7 area rug, the lady on the phone said $65. Today is Sunday, the 12th. The guy got here right before 9. Came up & started to tell me prices. Said for basic steam it would be $100 because I live on the 3rd floor & he'd have to bring it up one flight of steps. I told him I live on the 2nd floor. He said $160 for shampoo, shampoo, steam & disinfectant $220, so I told him I was quoted $65. I would've been ok with paying $100 for shampoo & disinfectant for my small area rug. I said, "well I don't want any service if you're gonna charge me $155 more than I was quoted." & he says, "you should've told them to you live on the 3rd floor." I correct him again, "I live in the 2nd floor." He said, "SAME SHIT," & barges out. Super unprofessional, & they overcharge after quoting a certain amount. Take your money elsewhere!!! read more

i was looking for a small localy owned carpet cleaning company, after a couple bigger companies wanted way to much to clean A house me amd my family were moving into. when i called Mass carpet, i got a flat price, for a completely organic cleaning. I was shocked at what i got, not only did they remove stains that were older than my kids, he got the cat smell out of the basement too. All in all i would highley recommend. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The cleaning was supposed to happen on October 9th, with an arrival window between 2-4pm. At 3:30pm I got a call from the technician saying they wouldn't arrive until 6pm. I have a toddler, that wasn't going to work. So I rescheduled for the following Friday, Oct 16th, between 9-11am. At 10:30am on the 16th I got a call from the technician saying they wouldn't arrive until 1:30pm. Again, that really wasn't going to work. I called the main line to reschedule, and they were able to get someone there last minute, at 11am. I had booked a regular clean, with a price of around $150. The technician upon arrival said I needed a "deep clean", and that the deep clean would last me longer (he said 4-5 years). That cost was nearly $500. I figured he knew what he was talking about, and was fine with a deeper clean, that would happen less often. However, that technician only did 2/3rds of the area he was supposed to clean (I showed him the whole project, before taking my son on a walk so the equipment noise didn't bother him). I called to report this, and they sent out another technician to clean the areas the first technician missed. When I went down to check to see if the cleaning had gotten all the areas, I saw that this cleaning caused damage to my walls. Overall, I paid nearly $500 for a deeply sub-par clean. The "deep clean" has not held up over time like the technician said it would. I called to discuss the issues I had with a manger, and was told that no manger was available, and they could only offer a $50 refund. That wont even cover the cost of the damage, let alone mitigate the deeply sub-par cleaning issues. The whole experience was miserable. Do not use this company. read more

I was very upset when I put my credit card information in their phone and the tech took away the phone as I was totaling it and added a tip for himself and said" I need a tip" I told him I was very upset and I did not authorize him to do that. I was planning on leaving a cash tip. That is sneaky and totally unprofessional and I will never use this company again! read more

I have two dogs and a cat so carpet cleaning is a regular thing for me. I decided to try this company after a friend recommended and let me tell you, I'm never changing it again! Mike was on time, he was very nice and professional, explained to me what he needed to do to get the best realistic results and it worked like magic! My carpet never looked better, it looks brand new. I highly recommend those guys! read more

Terrible experience. Did same thing with the money. Said the $100 quoted was just with water and it was $200 with detergent for the one room. They have many names they work under. The receipt came with the name Certified Green Team. Many different phone numbers also. Would not move a small table to clean underneath which had bad smelly stains under it. So I cleaned that after he left. read more

Very disappointed with this company, I called in to discuss a charge on my account for a cancelled service. The service customer rep. Kim unfortunately was unprofessional and confrontational from the begging of our conversation. Unfortunately, this company specially during these rough times still managed to charge me for a service that was cancelled 2 days ago. They took advantage of us unfortunately, we had talked to Vick and he had agreed to cancel this appointment for us the same day. We asked to do the right thing and to refund the charge but the managers Vick and Mike refused to do it and offered a cancellation fee of $250.00 dollars when this service has been already cancelled. They charge us $448.00 dollar anyway, it's unfortunate that there are business like this out there taking advantage of customers. read more

Never will do business with them again! Worst job. I've never been so disappointed and disgusted with service. Carpet looked exactly the same after he was done cleaning. took absolutely no dirt out. They hook you in with the $79 special then tell you they can't clean it unless you pay for more service and products. dishonest company. read more

This company is the worst!!' First off they took 27 minutes clean 5 rooms and stairs!! Used water from the sink no hose hook ups!! Old machine can rent from Home Depot!!! Absolutely awful experience. The obvious bait and switch tactic that everyone says these guys pull, told $150 over email, then they wanted $300 when they actually picked up the rug. Settled on $250. I don't even think they cleaned the rug, it smelled and looked the same when they dropped it back off. When I complained, they sent a guy over with a bottle of cherry scented deodorizer. Customer service is terrible, their "clean" is terrible, and their business tactics are terrible. Stay far away. read more

Absolutely horribl! I was quoted at $129 after sending pictures of my sectional sofa and when they arrived they said it was $175 for a basic cleaning which only does about 25% of the actual cleaning needed to fully clean the couch and it was $500 for the full service! since the tech was already there I said just do the basic because $500 is ridiculous to clean a couch! The tech was there for maybe 30 minutes total! I paid him he left and when I went to further inspect I noticed there was a ton of water all over my floor! I had to use two full size towels to clean up all of the water! I thought he was going to clean it up but when he brought his equipment out to his van he never came back in and took off!!!! Also my couch looks just as bad as it did prior to him cleaning it and it's still soaking wet 8 hours later!!!!!! if anyone doesn't believe me go look on google they have changed their name to " CERTIFIED GREEN TEAM " thats Who I receive the verification text from because clearly this company scams people! go look up the reviews there's plenty of ppl complaining about the same exact thing I'm complaining about! How this company is still in service is beyond me!!!! read more

Have to echo the 1 bad review below which I ignored blundersously when I researched them first. Phone price was $80 and in person was $240. I get that the argument was this was in bad condition but the phone price also was for the same high end service which was shampooing. The entire "deep cleaning" was less than 15 min for my 2 rooms. He literally swept once through the surface. Apparently the deodorizer was included, to me it smells like regular shampoo and how it smelled before. And then proceeded to show me how 'dirty' the carpet was by showing me the brown water. As if I haven't done this before. On the phone I was initially met with rudeness and seeming not to want to care and when I showed signs of backing off he went on to ask what I needed and I ended up going with them. I honestly should have gone to the other places whose initial quote would actually have been cheaper than what I got with these guys and I wouldn't have felt ripped off. :( Really not happy about this whole experience. Just do yourself a favor and don't get lured in. read more

Echo other reviews. Really appreciated the same day service but got totally fleeced. Was quoted $150 on phone and charged $950 for one bedroom. I hope this does happen to someone else. read more

Terrible follow up service. Several areas were missed and several stains did not come out that I was told would come out. A bait and switch operation, quoting one price on the phone and then quoting a price when at the house of over twice as much for "deep" cleaning which was said to be necessary. read more
