Cape Auto's staff were professional and helpful throughout the several months and steps that followed. Front-office Admin folks Heather and Jennifer were always available, knowledgeable and very friendly and polite. Matt Pennucci guided me along the path of being "totaled" and even helped me contact an independent mediator who was able to increase Mapfre's settlement offer. Finally, sloppy communication from Mapfre resulted in excessive storage fees that should not have been assessed to me. Cape Auto owner Kevin Gallerani stepped up and settled the matter to my benefit even though it meant a loss of revenue for them. Kudos to them. This is a class-act family business.
