I was even introduced to the manager, who shook my hand and extended an invite into the Bernardi family once I bought my new Honda. The thing about Boston Auto Sales is . . .No one is going to offer you popcorn. A water? They're fresh out. Compliments or interest in your personal life before you're serious about buying from them? Nope. . .And yeah, they're not going to waste their time with you unless they know you're serious. But LOW PRICES?. . . LOW PRICES? YOU BETCHA. A few other patrons have complained in the comments that they were told to "check the website" instead of a personal tour of the lot. I get it. But all of the cars on the lot can be researched online, which I personally liked because I could base my decision on the CarFax VS falling for a sales pitch. I appreciated that the salesmen put me in the drivers seat (literally) and were not trying to "sell" me on anything. You research the cars on the lot ahead of time, examine the carfax yourself, arrive knowing exactly which cars you want to test drive, and they are more than willing to help you. When you think you've found your car, they actually encourage you to have the car inspected by a trusted mechanic before you buy. Yes, you do need to own the process a bit more here but if you are after the best price in town, this is it. I saved 3K+ dollars. If you're after complimentary hot chocolate and coddling from a salesmen, head over to the dealership. I loved my experience at Boston Auto Sales. . . and did I mention how much I love my new HRV?!

In…read more2022, this dealership charged me over $230 to clean clogged sunroof drains on my Macan S after water leaked into the cabin -- claiming it was "routine maintenance," even though the vehicle was under CPO warranty. A late 2024/2025 class action settlement has since confirmed this is a known defect, not a maintenance issue. The settlement extends warranty coverage and mandates one (1) free sunroof drain cleaning per year for ten (10) years from the date the vehicle was first placed in service -- clearly acknowledging Porsche's responsibility. When I followed up recently, Service Manager John Eric was dismissive and either unaware -- or indifferent -- to the court-ordered terms. Even worse, I emailed General Manager John Andrade and received no response. When you're guilty of deceiving customers, I suppose silence is easier than accountability. Owners beware: this dealership is intentionally misleading customers and charging for services Porsche has agreed must be provided for free. Know your rights. Avoid this dealer -- and their sister dealership in Burlington, MA. Find a dealer you can trust!
