Horrible. We stopped here before Penn & Teller and played the slots at the bar. I spent $50. My husband $40. Our first drink was comp because we were playing. When we ordered our second drink the bartender said we had to pay because we didn't have $20 in each machine at the time. Ok whatever. We just spent $90 for 2 $5.85 comp drinks. (Receipt said $5.85 each) Now that we are paying the drinks are $22 for 2. We asked if we could take them to the show. The answer was yes but when we arrived at the door we were made to stand in the corner and finish the drink before entering. Doorman said bartenders lie about this all the time.

Live band is fine, but only one overworked bartender and it took over twenty minutes to get him to look our direction.

Adhering to the Brazil vibe, it has a gold jaguar climbing the bar and a very chique vibe with pops of gold and patterned seat upholstery. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. The DJ kept the energy up all night with a great mix of Top 40 hits and EDM, so there was something for everyone in our group. If you're a local looking for a fun Wednesday night spot or have friends and family visiting, I definitely recommend checking out Ghostbar. I'll definitely be back!

I remember when it was new but it is still as beautiful as ever. It was kept up over the years and was reinvented once during its lifetime. I like the Rio's rooftop bar and this one - and a lot of good memories here from now years ago. The 'elevation' of this bar and the view it offers should be part of any Vegas getaway. The people who come here are from all over the world - but you also get local regulars - and I think that is what makes it so enjoyable. Bring your friends and you are guaranteed a good time. I have fond memories of my one friend here 'taking down the mother hens!!' The trendy club scene of today - it changes - it has to do with what DJ and what celebrity endorsement - and probably more factors I'm not even aware of. Resorts a tiny bit off the Strip are always a better value and they tend to try a bit harder. The same is true for anything at the Palms for that matter: the rooms, the restaurants and the overall service. No doubt there are other clubs on the Strip that have the "it" factor - but this is a good bet.

Whether you love modern art or think it's completely ridiculous, it's impossible not to stop and look. It makes for one of the more memorable bars in Las Vegas. Beyond the shark, it's just a really comfortable place to spend some time. Good cocktails (NA Beer choices good), attentive bartenders, and a great spot to take a break from the sensory overload of the casino floor. I also appreciated that it doesn't try too hard. It isn't a nightclub, it isn't pretending to be a speakeasy, and it isn't chasing Instagram trends. It's simply a well-executed casino lounge with an unmistakable centerpiece. If you're at the Palms, it's worth stopping in even if it's just for one drink and a few minutes admiring the shark. Vegas has plenty of bars. Very few have a 13-foot tiger shark floating above them.

She let multiple people know she was upset -- not just annoyed, but full-on airing her grievances -- because we couldn't put all our drinks on one bill. Then came the "concerns" about how she'd be tipped. So the night took a weird turn. Instead of laughing and sipping cocktails, some of us were consoling her and tipping extra out of guilt. If it was a ploy to squeeze out pity tips, well... mission accomplished. But as far as getting us back in the bar? Not likely. Which is a shame! I've been to this bar several times before (both this trip and previous ones) and always had a great time. The bartenders are stellar -- friendly, fast, and know their stuff. It's just unfortunate one person can change the whole vibe. The space itself? Still cool. There's a giant, deconstructed shark looming over the bar like some kind of Vegas art installation meets Jaws. It's probably seen better days (don't make eye contact), but it adds character. The bar's location is great too -- right at the entrance of the Palms, with all the buzz of table games and slot machines around. Drinks are solid. Big downside for me: no real egg whites in their cocktails. A whiskey sour without that frothy top is like Vegas without neon -- technically still works, but it's just not the same. All in all, one bad interaction kind of took the sparkle out of what should've been a great night. Might try somewhere else next time -- and luckily, in Vegas, there's no shortage of options.

They had live music on Saturday nights that starts right at 10p. After we got our IDs checked, we walked in and were immediately overwhelmed. It was very loud, very busy, and looked like your typical dive bar, which was cool. There were no seats in the front of the bar, at the bar, or even the tables in the back. After ordering our pizza, we finally found seats to eat near the pool tables in the back. We ordered the Champagne & Reefer, which is their supreme pizza. We were hungry so this pizza hit the spot. To be completely honest, I think my friend and I did not enjoy this place because I think we were the youngest at this bar. Everyone around us seemed to be having a great time and we were happy for them. We were slightly overwhelmed and felt like we needed a bar menu. We ended up just skipping alcohol all together at this place. I might want to try this place again with a bigger group of people. I see that they have a beer list online so I'll definitely look at that the next time I stop in.

It was the integrity behind every moment. Before the séance began, Kent took the time to explain the experience, set thoughtful expectations, and acknowledge the emotional weight of what some audience members might feel. Instead, he created a space where curiosity, wonder, and respect could exist together. His passion for his craft is unmistakable, but it's his character that makes the show unforgettable. In a city known for spectacle, Kent reminded me that the most powerful performances come from authenticity. I left feeling more than entertained. I left genuinely moved. My family made the reservation to celebrate my birthday, so the evening already felt special before we even arrived. Las Vegas has so many beautiful and flashy restaurants, but Scotch 80 Prime had the perfect balance of elegance, comfort, and luxury. From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere felt beautiful. The white tablecloth, warm lighting, elegant glassware, and small birthday decorations on the table made everything feel thoughtful and special. It had that glamorous Las Vegas feeling, but in a very classy and polished way. It was perfect for a birthday dinner. We started with champagne, and it set the tone for the evening. It was served cold, with beautiful lively bubbles, and the first sip immediately made the dinner feel festive. For a special occasion, those little details matter so much. But the person who truly made this visit unforgettable was our waiter, MJ. MJ's manners were absolutely outstanding. His way of speaking was refined and elegant, and his service was polished, professional, and incredibly graceful. He was attentive without being overwhelming, and every detail felt effortless. There is a certain magic in his service -- everything he touched felt more luxurious, more comfortable, and more special. A great restaurant is not only about food. It is also about how the guest feels throughout the experience. MJ understands that perfectly. He made the entire dinner flow beautifully. He recommended a wine for us, and it was absolutely amazing. It paired so well with the food and made the whole birthday dinner feel even more elevated. Honestly, next time I visit Scotch 80 Prime Steakhouse, I would love to sit at MJ's table again. His service was that memorable. The food was excellent, but MJ's service made the night feel truly special. The food itself was also wonderful. The small wagyu bite with gold leaf was such a beautiful start to the meal. It was only one bite, but it was rich, elegant, and beautifully presented. It immediately made the dinner feel like a real celebration. The warm bread was also delicious. Soft, buttery, and comforting -- exactly what you want at the beginning of a steakhouse dinner. The seafood tower was impressive from the moment it arrived at the table. Lobster, shrimp, oysters, crab, and everything served over ice made the presentation feel fresh and luxurious. The lobster was meaty and delicious, and the shrimp and oysters made the meal feel even more special. It was the kind of dish that makes the table stop and take pictures before anyone starts eating. The steak was excellent as well. It had a beautiful sear on the outside and was tender and juicy inside. The flavor was rich, and every bite had that deep steakhouse satisfaction. The lobster on top of the steak made it feel even more luxurious. Steak and lobster together for a birthday dinner -- honestly, that is hard to beat. The fish dish was also very well prepared. It was nicely seared on the outside and moist inside, with a clean and elegant flavor. It gave a nice balance to the richness of the steak and seafood. And of course, the birthday dessert was beautiful. The candle, the chocolate "Happy Birthday" sign, the fruit, and the gold details made it feel so thoughtful. Seeing that dessert arrive at the table made the whole night feel complete. Scotch 80 Prime Steakhouse is a wonderful place for a special occasion. It is elegant, luxurious, and memorable without feeling too stiff. It is definitely a higher-end restaurant, but for a birthday, anniversary, or family celebration, it feels worth it. And I have to say it again -- MJ's service was truly exceptional. His refined manners, elegant communication, and thoughtful service made this birthday dinner unforgettable. Next time I am in Las Vegas, I would absolutely come back to Scotch 80 Prime. And if possible, I would definitely ask for MJ's table.

They were all super attentive, friendly and offered an amazing level of attention to detail. Our waiter made excellent recommendations for the appetizers and entrees based upon our preferences. While there was nothing exceptional about the steaks that we ordered, they were what one would expect from a fine dining steakhouse. The crab cake appetizer and the wagyu fried rice were the best sides that we had ordered. The grilled broccolini was good, but we thought the amount of salt and sauce on it was a little much. We sat inside the dining room, it was quite opulent, quiet and romantic. All of the decorations and decor really helped to make this a truly upscale restaurant.
