The employees here are very unprofessional and are full of excuses as to why a process that should be seamless is so complicated! In a time when I need peace, they just created more chaos in my life! I definitely would not recommend them to anyone!

If I could give Auxiliadora a negative stars rating I would!!! a hundred times over!!!…read more We lost my 11 yr old sons father very unexpectedly and were dealing With SO much already that the unprofessionalism and disregard for human life this funeral home displayed was egregious to say the least First and foremost they charge you a $10 fee for each floral arrangement you have delivered to the funeral home....HORRIBLE. They said they would provide us with finger food and coffee. They provided 4 muffins and 1 box of Fresco brand lemon cake slices. We brought our own spread regardless but as soon as they saw our platters coming in they pulled their 4 muffins off the countertops within seconds, saving them for the next service im sure. My sons father looked AWFUL! He was only 39 when he died but he looked no less than 60 yrs old in that casket. His lips were sewn together crooked the makeup was caked on his face and the plastic bags meant to hold his bodily fluids in were hanging out of his clothes. And to make matters even worse, he was an organ donor so upon donation the hospital provided my 11 yr old son with a ceramic heart necklace and a matching bracelet for him to tie to his dads wrist. It was ceramic so it could be creamated with the body and son would have a connection to his dad forever. WELL THIS FUNERAL HOME REMOVED THE BRACELET FROM THE body and NEVER EVER GAVE US ANSWERS ON WHERE IT WAS MISPLACED. Towards the end of the service the mother of the deceased and his son (my 11 yr old) and the grandmother of the deceased broke down crying hysterically, it was gonna be the last time they saw their loved one and it was sinking in...well the funeral worker didn't hesitate to barge in and remind everyone we had 20 minutes and not a minute more and we would be escorted out without any exceptions. DISGUSTING! Fast forward to 30 days after the funeral. We contacted Auxiliadora to find out why noone had called us to pick up the ashes and they said it was because they had made a mistake with the paperwork and needed another signature to continue with the cremation. OUR LOVED ONE WAS IN A REFRIGERATOR FOR OVER 30 DAYS AND WE THOUGHT THE CREMATION HAD TAKEN PLACE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE SERVICE AS PROMISED!! THEY LEFT HIS BODY IN A REFRIGERATOR ALL THAT TIME AND DIDNT CONTACT US TO TELL US THERE WERE ANY ISSUES...if we wouldn't have called to check the status we wouldn't have found out until even later WELL we did some research and it turns out this funeral home allegedly had an incident years ago where they cremated the wrong body and that persons ashes were spread by the wrong family. When we found this out we called the funeral hom and asked if we could identify the body 1 last time before they cremated him because we were scared we wouldnt get the correct ashes...CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US $300 TO IDENTIFY THE BODy BEFORE CREMATION??? They had the gull to tell us if we wanted to spend extra time with the body we had to pay!! WHAT EXTRA TIME??? WE JUST WANTED TO IDENTIFY and MAKE SURE WE WERE GETTING THE CORRECT ASHES??? When the deceased mother called to express how dissatisfied we were the OWNER told her to come pick up the body if we didn't like the way they did things !!!! OMGGG...I JUST CANT. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS BEWARE !!! AND RUN!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE HORRIBLE HUMAM BEINGS!!!

People that work at a funeral home need be compassionate towards the clients. We are talking about people that are gricing loved ones, not just clients. The woman at the reception and that managed the arrangements for our service was extremely rude and insensitive to my family. Also some of the workers there during our wake were also rude and not helpful. I do not recommend this place and hope that the owners of this funeral home take a serious look at how they are running their businesses and would encourage them to have their staff do a costumer service training program in compassion.

I had called Mr. Wade to discuss the matters, and he was absolutely attentive and caring towards my vulnerability after losing my loved one. I was saying my goodbyes to my mother, and Mr. Wade was very patient with me, and informing me of any inquiries I had. There was absolutely no hidden fees or sticker shock when completing all that was needing to be completed. Mr. Wade explained every detail and process to a T. I was never confused, misunderstood, or brushed off. His business was transparent and precise. During the final stages of having my mother cremated, I spoke to the office secretary, and she was phenomenal, too! She was constantly checking in on me via phone calls, emails, or text messaging to make sure I was doing alright, and if I had questions. When I came to collect the final documents and items, she had given me a hug. This company made me feel like loved and understood. The Wade Funeral Home was on top of things. They never skipped a beat with processing paperwork and communication. When there was a delay, because of uncontrolled reasons, they kept me up-to-date. In my vulnerable state, I felt my feelings were taken seriously, and that they made sure I was satisfied throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this funeral home. I am utterly grateful for their kindness, compassion, and patience. Please, consider this funeral home; they will strive to be there at your time of need. Thank you, Wade Funeral Home, for taking care of the funeral arrangements!

There are many things to consider when dying. Do you want to be buried underground or placed on a wall? Would you prefer to be cremated? Donated to science? Do you want to have burial plots for yourself and your loved ones? Believe me there is much to consider. Assuming you're practical, this place is a reliable option. The office staff is pleasant and completely sympathetic to this difficult subject. I personally spoke to Sergio and Gladys and they were beyond helpful. While I may not have funeral expenses on my current to-do list, I did get a rundown when I went in for other matters. As far as burials go, I have several family members at this cemetery and have never had any issues. The graves are well kept and there is plenty of space. There are also nearby flower shops, so visiting your loved ones and bringing a token of your affection is a breeze. Oh, and a final tidbit - they don't remove bodies. From my conversation with staff, the oldest grave around is from the early 1900s. I know that in comparison to other cemeteries that doesn't seem like much, but Miami is a relatively new city. Visit HistoryMiami to get a better idea. Anyway, point is they truly respect the dead.
