Beginning on July 16, I repeatedly left voicemails and sent text messages to my counselor, Idarmis, simply asking for guidance on the next steps regarding my father's scroll. Weeks went by without any response. I was later told that Idarmis was waiting for instructions from my wife, who is the property owner. However, that explanation does not reflect my experience. If additional information or authorization was required, a simple phone call or text explaining that would have resolved the matter immediately. Instead, my repeated requests for guidance were ignored. Ironically, I only received a text message from Idarmis after I contacted the office manager, Christina, to express my concerns. What concerns me even more is the company's apparent policy of refusing to provide customers with management's email address when they need to escalate an issue. Multiple employees declined to provide it, which I found highly unusual. In all my years of doing business, I have never encountered a company that prevents customers from contacting management to resolve a legitimate concern. If managers are there to assist customers, their contact information should not be withheld from clients. That practice is unprofessional and should be reviewed by corporate. Families choose a funeral service provider expecting compassion, responsiveness, and clear communication during difficult times. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the company reviews its communication practices and customer service policies so that future families do not experience the same frustration I did.

Everything went well and they were honored as well as possible. From what I understand they work well either a variety of funeral directors both in and out of area. In terms of pricing that's something that would have to be looked at on a case by case basis as that varies greatly. They decided on a 2 hour viewing so everyone could say their proper goodbyes. They have a screen available to play video or pictures if you have a USB. We arrived at the funeral home for the initial consultation fully dreading it, being familiar with…read morethe pressuring tactics often employed at funeral homes to get grieving people to buy unnecessary add-on items. To the contrary, however, Cynthia, the funeral director, was absolutely amazing--compassionate, understanding and very sensitive to our unique situation. She did not recommend we purchase anything other than what was absolutely necessary. It gave us the space and time to without any pressure choose the type of flowers, urn, service and room we wanted. Cynthia was also extremely helpful in giving advice on all of the logistical questions we had--on everything from the music, slideshow and enlarged photographs we ultimately had at the service. This made a very painful time a lot easier and lowered our stress level considerably. We would also like to thank Dawn, who prepared the beautiful slideshow on the funeral home's website using the photos we pulled together from friends and family. She said that after reading the obituary we prepared, that she had a good idea of what our loved one was like. Dawn really took the time to understand his life, including his love of travel, and the slideshow really captured his essence. Many thanks, too, to Mr. Van Orsdel, who attended our service. That meant a lot to us. His daughter, who also works at the funeral home, is also very sweet. We feel very lucky and profoundly grateful to have found this funeral home and recommend it without reservation.

Fifteen minutes into the service Sales Staff member, Damarys Moreno rudely interrupted the pastor and addressed the entire funeral party to ask "How much longer is THIS going to last?" I was shocked and enraged by the lack of humanity, decency and common respect anyone would show to a grieving family. Other staff members assured the family that management would be in contact to correct this egregious wrong and NO ONE from this establishment has called to offer an apology. As someone who works in the Mortuary business this was a new LOW in service I have ever seen. Use this business at your OWN PERIL!! They have no respect for the grieving or the dead. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!
