    Dr. Dhingra was an amazing dentist. She was extremely thorough. The entire experience was pleasant and painless. Highly recommend her!!

The actual sleep studies went well. That's pretty much the extent of the good. And now the bad. Getting an appointment at St. Mary's is difficult. They schedule usually two months out, so we've ended up having to go to Midlothian, which is 30 minutes away. I've had appointments cancelled twice at Midlothian where they had issues. The first time, we were literally halfway there when we got a call asking us to reschedule. After getting procedures done, it takes them forever to schedule results visits, and they only want to do them in person when it seems tele-health would suffice. And we're still waiting on equipment that the supplier says they can't provide until they receive information from the doctor. We've called twice, the first time we spoke with someone, and the second time left a message. We've messaged through MyChart twice and received no response. We're nearly four months since the first appointment, and just standing by waiting on very necessary medical equipment. Not okay. The staff give the impression that they don't want to be bothered. Even Dr. Katchinoff isn't all that patient and speaks in jargon and seems like he expects you to understand what the heck he's talking about. Everything by everyone is very rote. Routine. Mechanical. No bedside manner. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the actual healthcare is good. Otherwise, they'd totally get 1.

The lack of customer service cost our family a large out of pocket after a physicians order sat on someone's desk for nearly 2 weeks. As a provider, I understand mistakes happen; however, instead of owning the error, this company lied & tried to cover up their mistake. When I requested the order be transferred, the company refused. In fact, she didn't even know who had originated the order. After speaking with their competitors (having never heard of this company) the consensus was "anything we can do to help you." I'm not sure what's worse, accepting an order for a piece of DME you don't even carry, letting the order sit for weeks (wasn't a priority), lying about the mistakes, or just being opposed to working for the patient to expedite delivery of this much-needed pice of equipment. While writing this review, I received a call from the owner of the company. I was hopeful for resolution or at least an effort to demonstrate done semblance of good customer service, I got more if the same rhetoric. It's the payers' fault, it's the work load, it the PATIENT'S fault. The company agreed to transfer the order, but were not truthful about having already spoken with the ordering physicians' office to transfer the order. Always remember, it's the patient's choice of companies for medical equipment, home health, etc. There are several good companies in town for CPAP/BiPAP & supplies...this is just NOT one of them. I pray this review will save the next patient/family/provider from having similar frustration & burden.

I had a woman from my congregation…read moreborrowing a truck so that she could take my old hospital bed to another friend's house to free up the space for my new bed. My son-in-law made plans to come to my house straight after work to help load the old bed into the truck, and my granddaughter and her husband broke down the old bed before they had to leave for an appointment, in order to ensure everything was ready. But, my new bed never arrived. I never received a phone call letting me know what happened and, when I tried calling Adapthealth, they were closed. I didn't hear from them until Monday morning, asking me if they could deliver the bed "today." No apology, no explanation. When I said "no, I've changed my mind and I no longer want the bed," and proceeded to explain why, the gentleman on the phone said something to the effect of realizing the bed should have been delivered Sat at 3 but wasn't, then mumbled something about needing to talk to the drivers to find out what happened. He may have apologized, but I can't be sure, as I had a hard time understanding him. At least he didn't try to urge me to take the bed anyway. I do have to say that the young lady who scheduled the delivery was very nice, very professional, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the drivers were unprofessional and inconsiderate and they destroyed an entire Sat for my friends, family and me. And then, my granddaughter and her husband had to put my old bed back together again so I would have something to sleep on that night!
