They offer full service joint replacement with a class to orient you to what to expect given by nurse practitioners. I was given a book with exercises, important phone numbers and every else needed. The class is given at the hospital. They offer full service orthopedic visits with x-ray in house. Very convenient location.

Met with the doc who ordered blood draw and inquired about general heath and diet. Visit went OK and I was on my way. I later looked up my record which read like a top-down report as though I was ignorant of various diet and heath protocols. Then I looked at the billing. He had billed the visit as an ANNUAL physical WITHOUT telling me. Such arrogance and entitlement to commit such fraud. I am working in resolving the billing and won't be back. She was at least 30 minutes late to each appointment and when she'd finally arrive, she'd just repeat the nurse's questions in a weirdly accusatory tone. It would take weeks for her to refill a prescription. I had to call the office every day for weeks at a time to check the status of my refill only for her to put in a request for an entirely different medication that had serious mental health side-effects. All of this could've been easily avoided if she read any of the medical records that I had provided her with. It was like she'd go out of her way to make this extremely difficult year even harder, and it was so obvious. I'd laugh at the entire situation if it wasn't so depressing. Everyone else in the office was nice and extremely helpful, but I've never met a more callous and blatantly disrespectful doctor.

I guess she was too busy to bother her self with a 3 minute google search. And when i did a blood work the phlebotomist was super old with shaky hands popped both my veins on both arms and ended up telling me i was moving alot. I have been dealing with on…read moreand off again back pain for about a year and I was at my wits end when a friend of mine recommended Dr. Sam with Airrosti. I was hesitant at first but after visiting their website, reading reviews, and listening to several people tell me great things about it. I made an appointment. After my first appointment I was hooked! Dr. Sam is incredibly friendly, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable, he helped breakdown what I was feeling, what he would be doing in each session and then where I might be sore or feel some pain the next day - he was SPOT ON with each. He is careful with his movements and really walks you through everything. I worked with Mel as well and she was extremely helpful in helping me work through some of the exercises, some modifications, and to help with next steps. Both were extremely patient with the number of questions I asked - which was A LOT! Dr. Sam is also incredibly accessible, he gave me his card during my first appointment and reiterated several times that I could reach him by phone, text or email. I did have some questions after my first appointment (about 24 hrs later), I sent him a quick email and responded within the hour with advice, suggestions, and recommendations. The work he did and the resources/exercises they gave me after only two sessions has cleared up my pain and they have assured me that if I stick with the exercises and listen to the warning signs I should be good to go.
