Arrived on time and was brought back to the room by his medical assistant who informed me she didn't know why scheduling had made a new patient appointment bc Dr Bala was not taking new patients; he would see me today but that was it. Met with the doc who ordered blood draw and inquired about general heath and diet. Visit went OK and I was on my way. I later looked up my record which read like a top-down report as though I was ignorant of various diet and heath protocols. Then I looked at the billing. He had billed the visit as an ANNUAL physical WITHOUT telling me. Such arrogance and entitlement to commit such fraud. I am working in resolving the billing and won't be back. Doctor Bala: YOU'RE FIRED!

She was at least 30 minutes late to each appointment and when she'd finally arrive, she'd just repeat the nurse's questions in a weirdly accusatory tone. It would take weeks for her to refill a prescription. I had to call the office every day for weeks at a time to check the status of my refill only for her to put in a request for an entirely different medication that had serious mental health side-effects. All of this could've been easily avoided if she read any of the medical records that I had provided her with. It was like she'd go out of her way to make this extremely difficult year even harder, and it was so obvious. I'd laugh at the entire situation if it wasn't so depressing. Everyone else in the office was nice and extremely helpful, but I've never met a more callous and blatantly disrespectful doctor.

Cheryl Belle is so damn lazy! I told her im traveling and need vaccines so she said that its not her job and she recommends going to a travel clinic. I ended up calling one and since they didnt have any appointments till after my trip they recommend a pharmacy. So ended up going to one and they said i need a prescription. When i called the doc for one she said she doesn't know the dosage since "its not her job" and shes willing to write one but doesn't know how much i need cus its not her specialty. Wtf are you a doc for then?? Just go on the damn cdc site and do your damn job! I ended up having a nother doctor send in that prescription. I guess she was too busy to bother her self with a 3 minute google search. And when i did a blood work the phlebotomist was super old with shaky hands popped both my veins on both arms and ended up telling me i was moving alot. So if u want a new doc try to avoid Belle, cus if she was too lazy to look up vaccines lord knows what else she may be too lazy to do.
