We switched to virtual visits during the pandemic and I am amazed by what she is able to assess over the camera. Plus, it is a great opportunity to get feedback on posture and movement "in real life" like bending over the baby crib or carrying baby. What a difference it has made! They offer full service joint replacement with a class to orient you to what to expect given by nurse practitioners. I was given a book with exercises, important phone numbers and every else needed. From the moment I walked in, Jessica at the front desk was incredibly helpful and very friendly, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. My PT was Daniel who was able to create a plan to help me get back to doing all the things I like to do. Dan had the answers to any question I had and was able to teach me more about my injury so I knew what was causing pain and what I could do at home to get better.
