I'm actually not sure this is a legitimate business.
The website that directs a patient to this practice is clearly not the same practice. None of the staff are the same, and the programs listed on the website are not available. I can only assume the name/practice were bought and the website hasn't yet been updated.
The billing department cannot seen how to figure out how to contact insurance. Several months after my visit, I am still having to walk them through the process of filing insurance claims.
Phone calls for this business come from out of state numbers and cell phones that seem to be spam calls. A local, landline, office number is available and reaches front desk staff, but return phone calls come from an assortment of what I assume must be personal cell phones.
Lastly, the physical therapist with whom I had an appointment seemed very nervous and incredibly uncomfortable with touching the human body. He indicated he was not new to the profession at all. I have done physical therapy for decades in all types of places for many different reasons, and this guy seemed very off. He recited some muscle names, did no functionality testing, and eventually informed me that I didn't need PT. He provided me with handouts that had another practice's letterhead.
