I decided I'd call the business on Monday to let management know since it's a rare occurrence but happened anyways. The OWNER said it was my fiancé's fault for "not being able to digest it correctly" or that no one else complained and that it's her fault for having done something differently than everyone else. All I was looking for was a simple "i'm sorry I'll check into that for you" so I know that it would at least be looked into.
