Someone stold my vehicle from my home. Mary's towed it two miles and charged me $300. She was rude and wouldn't reduce the fee. She had a great dog that goes up to the customers for attention and smells like it had been rolling on a dead body. I was dressed nice and it didn't occur to her that I might not want to smell like her dog....and I love dogs. She might use some of her money to get it bathed!!! One of the worst towing company's I ever dealt with. They arrived on a scene where I got into an accident and did everything to make it worse. The police automatically called their towing people to steal my vehicle and take it away with all of my belongings in it without giving me a chance to retrieve them, including my medication's and inhaler and my grandmother's medication's. My Dodge 4x4 cluth not working properly so I called Mary's Towing and had them send out a tow truck. The dispatch was very friendly and the driver arrived on time about 30 min. I was able to get my truck into gear so the driver agreed to follow me up to the shop I was taking it to. The driver's name was Nick. I was able to drive the truck to the shop and Nick graciously gave me a ride back to my house. I offered to pay him but he said it wasn't nessary. I really appreciate good customer service and it was really nice that Nick was so helpful. Thank you too Mary's Towing and their driver Nick! I would recommend them anytime! Probably the worst customer service I've received in a long time, I've been to your location multiple times time to receive a affidavit from you guys that I've already paid for. It's been about a month now and now any time I call the old lady tells me the same thing that it will take a couple days, yet nothing .. so I've just waited and waiting and today she told me the lady that does the paper is on vacation but didn't tell me this 2 days ago when I called and they told me they couldn't find anything and that they would start the paper work again. I'd leave a zero star if that's possible for these heartless and awful people. So my sister just went back from her bootcamp from 3 months training on Thursday, Sept 22, 2022. We know that she was going to arrive home late, my parents decided to leave our designated parking spot at Lynnwood Garden Village empty so the kid can get up to the house an get some rest as soon as possible. The morning after her car was towed by these guys. I understand that we made a mistake not noticing the apartment about my sister arrival. But that's not even the reason why I'm giving ZERO hecking star!!! We made a call to these guys at 5:31 pm on Friday Sept 23 2022, right after realizing that my sister car had been towed. The employee who was on the line that moment told me that "THE WAS NO RECORD OF THE CAR WITH LICENSE PLATE CAP-5528 ON OUR FILES", I even double checked with her a couple more times an got the same result !!!. It was also late in the day that the apartment where we live were closed so we just couldn't verify with them if somebody had towed my sister car or not. Yesterday, Sat Sept 24 2022, we called again. This time they verified that they had my sister car in lot. But asked for 650+$$$ for of 1.5 days impounding fees. LIKE WHAT THE???? From experience, I would recommend saving all of the (well thought out and plenty rehearsed) sweet talking, bribing, pitiful sob stories, and useless threats. As expected, they are ruthless a*s-holes, and there isn't a thing you could say, that they haven't already heard. Admittedly, they do know how to do their job, and they do it well. They can be in your apartment complexs parking lot, and out with your car on the back of their truck, in an impressive 2 minutes, before you even know you got car jacked lol. And whether you make it to their yard in 5 minutes or 5 hours, or whether they towed you from the next city over or from the street right outside their gate...(Not like I would be the poor SOB to know from experience or anything) you are slammed with the inevitable (minimum) 300$ bill. I went to Yelp to find another company and quickly realized that most Yelp reviews of towing companies were from people who were dirtbags and had their cars towed because they couldn't figure out where they should be parking. I was a normal fellow whose car had broken down and needed it towed to the shop. I was attacked and had to fight off a man trying to steal my car around 3 am this morning, which, needless to say, left me a little shaken. I was terrified to be home alone, or to leave my car at all, so I parked it in the parking garage with the hazards on as I was moving items into my vehicle as well. As I rushed down with my final bags, already dreading even being back in that garage where I was screaming for help the night before and no one came, there was a huge man starting to put straps on my car. There wasn't a single no parking sign, no tow signs, also no road lines of any color in the garage, and I was pulled as far off to the side as I could and had my hazards on. I had even thought to be thorough with a note I had put on my windshield that said "LOADING". The garage is the closest entrance to my apartment and I was barely keeping panic attacks at bay in the 30 minutes I was home. But did it matter to this man that there was no signs, lines, or tow placards anywhere? Nope! Nor did the complete mental and physical breakdown I had reliving the feeling of being violated in that parking garage as I unpacked my minivan, sobbing uncontrollably and wishing I was brave enough to kill myself. It took me awhile to get it all out, being that I was practically hyperventilating from the fear from the previous incident in the garage, way too long for Santa Claus himself. He graciously told me to "get the fuck out of the car, I don't give a shit what happened to you, it's been 40 minutes and I have shit to do!" Sorry man, you are taking the only thing I have to my name, I have no money to get it out, no family, no friends with means, etc. which you were made well aware of when I pleaded with you to allow me the thing that makes me feel safe, like I'm not trapped here waiting for another attack; You could have been a human being and unbuckled the 2 straps you had on when I ran out the door, begging you because I'll never be able to afford to get this car out of impound. Can't give my son a birthday, give my children Christmas, you name it, without a car to find work, I can't even scrape up enough to get a tree. I'm sorry that I was shaking and sobbing trying to empty my car while you watched with a smirk. I just wanted to give major props to David the Tow Operator! I did something pretty dumb and managed to lock my car keys in my trunk. I have a harder vehicle to work with when it comes to getting keys out. '08 BMW 335i coupe and while everybody else wanted $450+ to retrieve and other companies even refused to attempt the job. NOT ONLY did get my keys back in a few minutes, but he assisted me for a much more reasonable fee of $75. Which saved me a lot in the long run.
