Appointments are on time - sometimes they get you in early and there have been times I've left before my actual appointment time. Receptionists are great and will do their best to get you the appointment time you need - even if you need to go to an a different office location. My kids liked the practice - loved the games, the gift cards they could earn and of course the frozen lemonade machine. They do cater to the kids - they are the patients. My dentist recommended them to me. I have no negative experiences and would and have recommended them to my friends. My time at the orthodontist is over.... 5 years of CFSS visits - but thankfully it was a good experience and hopefully my kids will keep wearing their retainers....

I had braces when I was in 8th grade but my teeth shifted despite wearing my retainers for ten years. The dentist explained the process of how that might happen and was never rushed with me.
