He was highly recommended. My son had a beautiful smile when we were done and I couldn't had been happier until 6 months after a incorrectly fitted retainer resulted in a disaster. This guy had the gall to blend it in lack of wearing his retainer. Nope! That isn't true. Then they checked the fit. It wasn't fitting properly. No follow ups, nothing. By the way he got over $6000 from us. I even requested to split the difference. Nope! Well we are now seeking a new orthodontist to do the job right. Be sure to get a guarantee for a year after. You get a sense he, along with the wonderful staff, really care about the patient. On top of the wonderful staff the office itself is pretty cool. When you promptly get seen you notice a larger boat with stuffed animals your child can choose from to be a buddy for the appointment and beautiful murals of a seacoast town. The rooms are where it really gets me. The ceilings are fitted with screens so the child can watch tv (Disney Jr., PBS kids ext) while the dentist is working on them. All in all I'm completely blown away. It's hard to find compassionate people anywhere now a days and I'm very grateful to have found a whole office of them.

Inside, they have an ice cream cart where you can get a treat after your appointment. You can also get creamsicle flavored chapstick. I liked that the dentist showed me lots of pictures of other patients who had similar orthodontic issues to mine (open bite). I had braces when I was in 8th grade but my teeth shifted despite wearing my retainers for ten years. The dentist explained the process of how that might happen and was never rushed with me. The woman who manages financial plans was also professional and pleasant. I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for Invisalign or braces.
