What stood out to me was that she never demanded that I do anything. There were no scare tactics, no pressure, and no "you must do this now" tone. She simply explained the situation and offered reasonable options, leaving the decision in my hands. I felt listened to, respected, and informed rather than pushed. That matters to me. I also want to offer this gently: medical and dental offices are run by people, and people are not perfect. Schedules can run late. Communication can break down. Stressful days happen. That doesn't erase frustration--but it also doesn't mean every patient will have the same experience. I went in looking for care, not conflict, and that's exactly what I received. For anyone reading reviews and trying to decide, I would encourage taking a balanced view. Different people can walk into the same place and come away with very different experiences.
