So I call Liberty dental because it clearly says so on my insurance card that theirvwebsite clearly asks for a front and back copy of the insurance card. So Liberty dental calls them back around 4:15pm​ and nobody answers. They attempted twice and nobody answered. So not only did the woman I spoke with acknowledge the call back, they proceeded to leave for the day which then left me to have to spend scramble the next morning before my appt. So I called and left a message clearly stating that their own website requests a front and back copy of the insurance card so how was liberty dental missed on the front part of the card? I've conpleyely had it with the medical field. At this point we are better taking care of ourselves than putting trust into people who are in more of a rush to get out for the day rather than help a patient figure out their insurance so they can actually attend their appt. The front desk staff is the first thing you see as part of the office as a whole and if front desk cant even get insurances correct, then i honestly don't want to go to that office. Especially when heading out the door is more important than helping a patient become an established patient, but instead they drove the patient away. ​

Got a letter from Humana re my crown procedure. Tried to get in touch with Brandon, supposedly the mgr., to no avail.
