They told me I needed a deep cleaning. I called with new insurance. They asked me to email it and they would call me right back. A week later I hadn't heard, so I kindly called them. I was treated very rudely by multiple people. The first was a man who said they could not give me a price on cleaning until after I had it, which is ridiculous. Then I was transferred to Becky who put me on hold for 18 minutes so I hung up and called back a little while later again on hold for almost 20 minutes so I hung up and called again later and she was rude and angry. Every time I tried to tell her why I was calling, she told me I was a new patient, which I'm not - she finally found me, but would not help me. I tried to explain what I needed but every time I spoke, she threw me back on hold. I kept calling, as this is the only dentist I have in my health plan to go to. Finally Destiny, apparently the manager, took the call, yelled at me and told me not to come back. I can't reach anyone else and now they have blocked me -stay away. Do you really want people like this caring for your dental needs?

He told me he was "busy" and dealing with walk-ins, implying that walk-ins were prioritized over a patient with a confirmed appointment. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and showed no regard for my time or experience. This level of disrespect and disregard for patients at this location is unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to anyone. The dentist's behavior, in particular, was shockingly unprofessional and has completely destroyed my trust in this establishment.
