I tried to explain what I needed but every time I spoke, she threw me back on hold. I kept calling, as this is the only dentist I have in my health plan to go to. When I returned the next day for the rescheduled appointment, the denist repaired the tooth in 5 minutes - proving the procedure was quick and straightforward. When I asked what went wrong the day before, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and offered no apology. He told me he was "busy" and dealing with walk-ins, implying that walk-ins were prioritized over a patient with a confirmed appointment. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and showed no regard for my time or experience. This level of disrespect and disregard for patients at this location is unacceptable. The worst experience I have ever had in a dentists office. They were to send my papers to the…read moreinsurance company which they never did for more than three weeks toward the end of 2025, wasting over $2500 of my insurance money which I couldn't use for the year. The excuse that Dr. Dhami's wife gave me for not sending my papers to the Insurance company was that she had to travel abroad and that no one else in the office besides her could send my papers to the insurance company. When I asked for a legitimate solution, I was told that I had to sign a consent form that all expenses would be paid by me out of pocket since there was no time left for the insurance to be approved. I questioned signing the consent form. to which Mrs, Dhamii told me not to worry, it will all work out.
