Every time I tried to tell her why I was calling, she told me I was a new patient, which I'm not - she finally found me, but would not help me. I tried to explain what I needed but every time I spoke, she threw me back on hold. I kept calling, as this is the only dentist I have in my health plan to go to. The excuse that Dr. Dhami's wife gave me for not sending my papers to the Insurance company was that she had to travel abroad and that no one else in the office besides her could send my papers to the insurance company. When I asked for a legitimate solution, I was told that I had to sign a consent form that all expenses would be paid by me out of pocket since there was no time left for the insurance to be approved. I questioned signing the consent form. to which Mrs, Dhamii told me not to worry, it will all work out.
