They also call to confirm your appointment as well. Waiting for your appointment: I have never waited more than five minutes for my appointment. They have never made me wait and I have always been able to speak to the woman behind the counter the moment I walk in. The waiting room is pretty and well kept. During your appointment: Everything is digital and they have computer screens to show you all the images of your teeth that they are looking at! They remember you and are polite and kind and make small talk, which is nice. Everything is to high tech and spotlessly clean. After your appointment: They give you a folder with your teeth X-ray in it for any specialist you want to go to and give you a goodie bag with Toothbrush and toothpaste and floss in it! Updated office and equipment, friendly desk staff and hygienists. They are realistic with dental work and what needs to be done versus what can wait a little bit (keeping in mind that most dental plans require the patient to pay a good chunk of the bill out of pocket.) I no longer live in the Liverpool area, but continue to make the 25 minute commute here because I like this office so much and it's very personable, compassionate care. They are closed Friday's and half days on Wednesday's.
