Dr. Romano put veneers on my bottom teeth that have slipped off several times. sometimes they broke so I'd have to pay for a new one. this happened more times than I can count. This caused me a lot of anxiety and money. Dr. Romano always seemed to hurry through my work. I just had a one veneer replaced a couple of months ago and have to have it put back on by another dentist because I have zero confidence at this point. We know it can be super unpleasant so it's important to find someone who will make a unpleasant experience a pleasant one. Dr Chris and his staff do just that! They are super efficient, informative and dare I say painless?! My first visit consisted of X-rays galore and then a treatment plan for all the extensive work I'll need. Hey! Like I said I'm either their dream or nightmare. Although the cost of what my new mouth will cost me is astronomical it's not a surprise and on par with other dentists that have examined me. So why did I want to seek treatment here? From the front desk staff efficiency to the calming nature of the assistant and doctor I couldn't find a single fault or lack of professionalism. They also call to confirm your appointment as well. Waiting for your appointment: I have never waited more than five minutes for my appointment. They have never made me wait and I have always been able to speak to the woman behind the counter the moment I walk in. The waiting room is pretty and well kept. During your appointment: Everything is digital and they have computer screens to show you all the images of your teeth that they are looking at! They remember you and are polite and kind and make small talk, which is nice. Everything is to high tech and spotlessly clean. After your appointment: They give you a folder with your teeth X-ray in it for any specialist you want to go to and give you a goodie bag with Toothbrush and toothpaste and floss in it! I love going here and they are by far the best dentist business I have ever been to!
