I had been very reluctant to visit any dentist before finding his office, because I have had terrible experiences prior to this. Dentists who were very rough, who would rather pull teeth than save them, and who botched work. Dr. Pateras restored my faith in dentistry not only through his skill, but also through introducing me to preventive dentistry. In the past I would have teeth that would break off with no warning, loose teeth, constant infections and lots of cavities. After becoming a patient here, and taking care of problems before they become irreversable, I have enjoyed good dental health ever since. I have had to have my share of restorative work such as crowns and bridges due to past neglect, but the remaining teeth have remained in good shape and I plan on keeping them. The office staff and hygienists are also worth noting...he only hires the best. They are always pleasant and professional.

Dr. Romano put veneers on my bottom teeth that have slipped off several times. sometimes they broke so I'd have to pay for a new one. this happened more times than I can count. I just had a one veneer replaced a couple of months ago and have to have it put back on by another dentist because I have zero confidence at this point. I feel like I paid for high end cosmetic dentistry and was treated like I was an annoyance. When I requested my dental records be sent to my new dentist, all they sent were my x-rays. Wonder why.

We know it can be super unpleasant so it's important to find someone who will make a unpleasant experience a pleasant one. Dr Chris and his staff do just that! They are super efficient, informative and dare I say painless?! My first visit consisted of X-rays galore and then a treatment plan for all the extensive work I'll need. Hey! Like I said I'm either their dream or nightmare. Although the cost of what my new mouth will cost me is astronomical it's not a surprise and on par with other dentists that have examined me. So why did I want to seek treatment here? From the front desk staff efficiency to the calming nature of the assistant and doctor I couldn't find a single fault or lack of professionalism. I have so far gotten a filling done as well as a crown placement and have been painless! Highly recommend them!

This box is too small and 5 stars is not nearly enough to describe my experience with Dr. Craybas…read moreand his amazing staff!!! I did extensive research on cosmetic dentists here in the Syracuse area before finally making the call to set up an appointment with Creative Dental Concepts. If you're anything like me, there is a lot of anxiety associated with any major dental procedure. From day one, Dr. Craybas and his staff made me feel comfortable and instead of dreading each appointment, I couldn't wait!!! My new smile is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! The Facts? *I was able to make an appointment within an extremely reasonable amount of time. *The first impression I had of this office was over the phone while setting up my initial consultation. Nicole was very friendly, welcoming and informative (a huge plus since I was so nervous about this appointment). *I had several visits for my procedure and they never kept me waiting. My appointments were always on time. *The girls in the office are super friendly and always make you feel welcome, especially Kim who worked directly with Dr. Craybas on my shiny new smile! She's a rockstar! *And Dr. Craybas... I can say with 100% confidence, if you are looking for a cosmetic dentist in the Syracuse area, look no further! From day one, he HEARD what I was saying. The artist in him had an image in mind of what my smile would become when he was done and let me tell you, he created a masterpiece! Before seeing Dr. Craybas, my teeth were dark and fragile from a lack of enamel; I have hated my smile for YEARS! And now? I can't stop smiling! My teeth are healthy and beautiful! They are so "ME" and so natural looking; exactly what I asked for :) I would absolutely recommend Dr. Craybas and Creative Dental Concepts of CNY and if I could I would give them many more stars!!!
