DO NOT GO HERE!! I went in as a new patient and my appointment was cancelled as I didn't confirm…read morethe appointment. No one warned me that this was the case when I booked it the first time. I have never had an appointment cancelled on me like this. So I got a second appointment which I made I confirmed so I didn't waste another afternoon out of work. I waited for 40 plus minutes as they surgeon was in that day which made them "extra" busy. Then received 20 ex-rays!!! They won't do a cleaning on your first visit so you need to go back a second time. I had a conflict with my cleaning appointment which was two days after my 1st appointment as they had a cancellation which I should have kept, not knowing they are booking out 11 months!! Called to reschedule and they said that they couldn't reschedule as they didn't know what they had available until Friday (this was Monday). Called back twice, no one answered, left 2 messages (one might have been to another location but confirmed that the second message was to the right location). Didn't hear back from them at all so I called after 3 business days. I left a message which granted I was upset as I called 5 times trying to get a live person at different times and no one ever answered. Then they said that they never got my message and that they can book my cleaning next August!!! I laughed at said well this is the worse place ever, especially as they have my 20 ex-rays already and doubt that insurance will allow me to get a second set somewhere else. They managed to squeeze me in the middle of December as "my teeth are healthy and all the people with gum disease get priority over me". Seriously, I can't make this stuff up. Do yourself a favor and find any other dentist.
