While getting my basic cleaning they said "I'm going to use this water pressure thing to help loosen the plaque". Then proceeded to do that. Turns out that little extra thing added $500 to my bill. That was never explained even slightly and I'm appalled that they take advantage of people this way. The receptionist was also very rude and argumentative when I called to discuss the charges. They also call to confirm your appointment as well. Waiting for your appointment: I have never waited more than five minutes for my appointment. They have never made me wait and I have always been able to speak to the woman behind the counter the moment I walk in. The waiting room is pretty and well kept. During your appointment: Everything is digital and they have computer screens to show you all the images of your teeth that they are looking at! They remember you and are polite and kind and make small talk, which is nice. Everything is to high tech and spotlessly clean. After your appointment: They give you a folder with your teeth X-ray in it for any specialist you want to go to and give you a goodie bag with Toothbrush and toothpaste and floss in it! Dr. Shapero has been nothing short of compassionate and caring whether she is explaining something to me, or doing a procedure. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm ok, have what I need, and everything in between such as helping with calls, paperwork etc. The team is great with both my girls, one being autistic. My only regret is not knowing about Dr Shapero sooner. I LOVE HER AND HER STAFF!!!!
