945 am, Saturday, May 16, 2026…read more It's been a minute ISpa since my last visit. I don't know how long, must be years? $40 for single entry, limited to 6 hour maximum. There still is the 10 pack deal, total of $50 discount. New to me are the leather chaises and massage chairs in the common area. Is it me? The leather chaise absorbs body heat especially after the Fire House. It was possibly the heavy cotton uniform that you're issued. Seemed like the females out numbered the males 10:1. So many pink uniforms in the common area. It's unfortunate that there is no talking allowed in the Fire or Salt houses. Even with whispering, it's very annoying and bothersome. I suppose it could be worse but it really disturbed my relaxation. Even though the spa provides free soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers, it's still bulk industrial cleansers. It dried out my skin, didn't feel very good after showering. It's just slightly better than rinsing off the sweat in a hot shower. The men's TV room was blacked out, no TV on, a large quiet room. But, who can find peace in there with loud snoring and other noises coming from outside or the AC ducts. The cafe is still there. Didn't eat but the delicious smell of bul-go-gi was so amazing. It got me hungry. You have the ability to charge purchases to your card on account by providing the locker number assigned shown on the provided wrist bungee key holder.

I went to Irvine Spa on a Saturday afternoon, hoping for a nice, relaxing escape. The entrance fee…read morefor single access to the amenities and common area was $40, and they accept credit and debit cards. There was plenty of parking right in front, though it was quite busy when I arrived. They offer full-body massages and skincare services, and the spa itself was clean and tidy, with very friendly staff. However, once I entered, I noticed the steam room wasn't hot at all. it was just warm, with sprinklers. The Jacuzzi felt murky, and the cold plung had too much chlorine which made my eyes burn. The steam room was the main reason I came, for a warm, muscle-soothing session, but it just wasn't relaxing. I told the staff, and the manager, Asia, was extremely kind and professional. She acknowledged the issue, refunded me, and explained that over the weekend, they do keep the temperature lower to accommodate the crowd. Still, I was aiming for a hotter steam, and I believe a proper steam room should have a strong flow of steam not just a warm room with sprinklers. That said, I left within 20 minutes but I give this spa five stars because of the cleanliness, the professional staff, and especially Asia, who handled everything with care and understanding.

I noticed a lot of a younger crowd here (early 20s) - good for them prioritizing their wellness - I guess price point works for them too. And sadly maybe a lot of then, they do not know what is good versus atrocious. But, this is a place where one could leave with some serious skin and/or health issue, it is that bad. i was with MDs here. never again. i had 4 services here and each one was SO terrible (too chatty, bad services. it was painful all around). i found the slippers, towels, robes, showers - even the lockers/seating/walls/toilets/sinks/flooring - NOTHING was clean, just smelly/nasty - much less the amenities and pooled water/all seating. do not waste your money like i did. just YUCK. also why did they have like: zero q-tips, any product, disposable combs - like very basic items any spa always has. like even equinox has this stuff. Also their AC is always broken (we rescheduled twice due to their broken AC - they called us. guess what, we showed up - STILL NO AC it was stifling) so they bring in these loud industrial huge fans. nothing seems/smells clean (say 'green products'...). sadly, so many of the employees sound SO sick with heavy wet coughs/colds. they seem to hate their lives. and there is zero food. lucky to get water if it is not empty. too bad because it could be a nice place if they cleaned, cared, had good services. basic upkeep, and did not let in a gazzilion guests at a time. So much better to pay more at another spa and not contract some serious health issue here. i still tipped well because the employees seem so miserable and overworked/clueless, yet polite. but i want to warn others - do not repeat my mistake by going here (even if someone sends you for free, get a refund, or try a different location).

This facial also stimulates collagen production and tones your face. It was a perfect pre-birthday treat for myself. Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Before I left, I signed up for their busy bee membership so I can make sure to keep up with my skincare goals. Thank you, Lemon and Honey Day Spa, your staff was amazing!

I decided to try their "deep cleansing acne facial" service, and I'm so glad I did because my skin started improving way sooner than I expected. If you're sensitive to pain during extractions, definitely ask for Nancy. She's super gentle, takes her time with every clogged pore, and makes the whole process feel way less intimidating. My best results showed up about three days after the facial. I didn't change my diet, skincare routine, or daily schedule at all. Yet the inflammation went down, the redness faded, and the breakout calmed dramatically. If you're dealing with breakouts or stubborn clogged pores, I seriously recommend trying this service at The Gardens Wellness Spa. It made a huge difference for me.

I asked her not to walk on my back and I told her that usually when people break the knots down, they use their elbows or their fingers. She used her knuckles and managed to break every single one down. She found knots that I didn't know that I had. O overall it was a very good massage. She checked in on me periodically to make sure the pressure was right ;not too hard not too soft. She spoke very good English. The decor is very relaxing and the room was very quiet. I truly felt like she beat me like a rented mule but after a week I feel really good. I definitely plan to come back. Note, they don't really answer the phone or check voicemails. By look I tried to text them and saw the message on my iPhone turn blue. They texted shortly thereafter. I'm also so *appreciative* of their scheduling team. They actually call you back if you miss them, which is basically a miracle. Julie's kindness and warm energy makes me feel like a valued community member rather than just another customer on the books. Now let's talk about Kim. Wow. I've had her three times now and my goodness, she is a wizard. She executes every step with so much care that I now upgrade to the highest package every single time just because she's that incredible. The menu here is next level. Between the jade roller, the gua sha stone, and the red light therapy, I feel like I'm being prepped for a red carpet. The moisturizing serum is pure gold, and the foot massage is the only thing keeping my sanity intact. Hahaha jokes aside, it's amaaaazing. After the head spa experience, my hair feels like a million bucks. But the real highlight? That blow dry experience. The ambiance and the service equals premium relaxation for me. As someone that works really hard, booking these appointments is everything. 10/10 would recommend!
